Chevin Forest Park - Leeds
We took the dogs to Otley Chevin Forest Park in Leeds and I decided to work on my filming skills experimenting with the different frame rates on my camera.
I used a custom flat profile based upon Cody Blue's suggested settings for my Sony A7iii and so this gave me the chance to try out some colour grading too.
Unfortunately upon downloading the afternoons footage I found that I had plugged in the wrong cable for my Rode Video Micro microphone and was left with either complete silence or a nasty white noise in all my clips. So as the learning process continues I also got to dabble more aggressively in the sound engineering department.

The video features views over Otley and the surrounding countryside on the North side of the ridge, and Yeadon, Aireborough, Calverley and Leeds Bradford Airport on the South side of the ridge. A Walk Around Golden Acre Park, Bramhope, Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK - 13th June, 2012 (720 HD)
Footage of a short walk around part of Golden Acre Park, which is situated six miles North West of Leeds City Centre, just outside the village of Bramhope. Featured in this video is a walk around the lake, and a walk through the woodlands, culminating in a circuit of the park. This footage does not include all areas of the park due to a combination of them being closed, and the inclement weather, which cut the walk short. During this film I pass several Geocache and Munzee locations, and do so without giving them away. Wildlife featured includes ducks, swans and other birds, flora includes Rhodedendrons and typical British woodland. Other features include ponds and the remnants of the old railway line.

Swinsty and Timble- Mountain Biking
This is the skills loop near swinsty and fewston reservoir. A nice flowy trail.
Directions: Park at the swinsty and fewston car park. then cycle left out of the car park for about 20 meters. There will then be a path on your right. Go along that until you reach a crossroad. Turn left and follow the path all the way up the hill, until you are near the road. There should be a path on the right, which is the start of the trail.
