Chiang Mai Rock Climbing
Guys day out to Wild Hourse Buttress just north east of Chiang Mai. I haven’t been outdoor climbing for more than 20 years. It was fun and I’d definitely do it again soon.

Climbing at Crazy Horse, Chiang Mai in 2017 (Thailand)
We spent three weeks rock climbing at Crazy Horse in Chiang Mai, North Thailand. Staying at nearby Jira Guesthouse, we always had enough and great food. The climbing was great, with some cool caves to discover. Friends from Singapore and Thakhek (Laos) joined us in our last climbing spot before taking a three weeks break. It was a wonderful time for us.

Chiang Mai - Cinematic Travel Film // Doi Inthanon National Park, Thailand
Why you should visit Chiang Mai?
Doi Inthanon National Park in Chiang Mai unexpectedly redefined the word “beautiful” for us. Doi Inthanon National Park ranges between 800 and 2565 meters with the highest peak which is the highest mountain in Thailand. If there is one place you have to go while in the Doi Inthanon National Park, it’s the Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail.
Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail requires a guide at a price of 200 baht per group. But we quickly warmed up to the man who led us, a local Hmong hill tribesman who undoubtedly cared for and respected the mountain. Also Wachirathan Falls and Mae Klang Waterfalls are one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Doi Inthanon.
If you ever think of visiting Doi Inthanon anytime during the year, definitely plan for setting up a tent in the campsite.

Warning - important message about Wim Hof Method, please read carefully.
The breathing exercise has a profound effect and should be practiced in the way it is explained. Always do the breathing exercise in a safe environment (e.g. sitting on a couch/floor) and unforced.
Never practice the exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or in any other environment/place where, should you pass out, a serious injury could occur. Wim Hof breathing may cause tingling sensations and/or lightheadedness. If you’ve fainted, it means that you went to far. Take a step back next time.
The cold is a powerful force. We strongly advise to gradually build up exposing yourself to the cold. Always train without force and listen to your body carefully. If it is not practiced responsible, there is a risk of hypothermia.
Do not practice the method during pregnancy or when having epilepsy. Persons with cardiovascular health issues, or any other (serious) health conditions, should always consult a medical doctor before starting with the Wim Hof Method.
