After leaving Chiang Rai City by Taxi to Chiang saen district. I stayed at a really cool homestay in a very small village near Ban Saeo. The home stay is called Sweet chilli house homestay. And I stayed there for 4 days. I met up with a Thai you tube vlogger named pie from Graham & Pie youtube channel. Then I flew back to Bangkok to drive to Ubon

So what do I ride? Well it’s an 8 year old Honda CBR 150 R … No don’t laugh It’s a bit old and yes I’ve had pensioners overtake me on their bicycles but ultimately it gets me around and living out here you really need transportation.
My dream bike … umm, that would be the BMW S 1000 R (that’s the single R super naked). I’ve actually sat on one and height-wise it’s just manageable. Being only 5’ 6” I’m restricted on the size of bike I can comfortable touch the ground on.
Realistically, I also like the new Honda CBR 650 F but there are other priorities here so I’ll carry on riding my little 150 – no complaints as it’s been an outstanding bike with zero issues other than general maintenance and you can’t want for better than that.

In this episode we'll show you around our small farm here in Ban Saeo.
Pie's mum and dad own 9 rai (that's 2.25 acres) and on the farm we grow rice but we also have ducks, chickens and a large fish pond.

The Golden Triangle Northern Thailand
Just a short film today set at the Golden Triangle in north Thailand at the Border
it’s a great photo opportunity so we did what the true tourist does we did just that selfie in front of the map that is quite famous and everybody has to have their Picture taken at this map.
Magnificent statues three large elephants and large symbols dedicated to Buddha and a giant statue of a Golden Buddha I think it’s looking to Bangkok in centre of Thailand
Well then that’s about all you do at the Famous Golden Triangle border crossings there’s a few restaurants and a couple of museums but we didn’t bother to go and looking because there’s really not much to do in the Golden Triangle there’s a market but we didn’t buy anything
Now we have seen it once and that’s enough for us, and would we recommend going there? if you want your picture taking at the boarder of 3 country’s YES have your photo taken but otherwise there’s not much to do there at all
