Catamaran Sailing to Playa Papagayo Beach, Lanzarote

A 6-hour cruise with the Princess Cat Catamaran from Lineas Romero from Puerto de Carmen to Playa de Papagayo and Playa de Mujeres - off the coast of Lanzarote;
Unfortunately, a motor was propelling the catamaran on the entire journey; the sails were set for the outbound journey, however, the sailing configuration would have not produced any significant forward momentum, considering where the wind was coming from. Hence, the sails were set just for show. Therefore I am calling the trip fake sailing.

El VIK Coral Beach es un hotel familiar y de reciente construcción situado en primera línea de mar, en la zona residencial de Montaña Roja en Playa Blanca, una de las zonas más conocidas de Lanzarote. Con vistas bellas a las islas de Lobos y Fuerteventura se caracteriza por la amplitud y tranquilidad que se respira en él, al estar ubicado algo alejado del centro de Playa Blanca.

El complejo VIK Coral Beach consta de 60 amplias villas tipo bungalows de 65 m2 tipo Master-Suite con dos dormitorios, amplio salón, cocina y terraza privada.
Aunque la mayoría cuentan con vistas al mar, se dividen en tres tipos: Villas vista jardín o piscina, Villas vista mar y destacando las Villas Premium, decoradas estas últimas con un diseño moderno, ducha de hidromasaje exterior y acceso gratuito a la terraza Chill out del hotel.


The VIK Coral Beach is a newly built family hotel located on the seafront, within the residential area of Montaña Roja, in Playa Blanca, one of Lanzarote's most known places. The complex has spectacular views of the islands Lobos and Fuerteventura and a tranquil village feel to it, situated somewhat outside of the centre of Playa Blanca.

The VIK Coral Beach consists of 60 spacious Master-Suite type Villas, each with one floor and 65 square meters, with two bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen and private terrace.
Although most of them have direct sea views, they are divided into three types of villas, Garden or Pool View Villas, Sea View Villas and highlighting the Premium Villas, these last ones decorated with modern design, outdoor hydro massage shower and free access to the hotel terrace Chill out.
