Shot clandestinely in China, under difficult conditions, this is a deep-access account of what both China and the international retail companies don't want us to see -- how the clothes we buy are actually made. China Blue takes us inside a blue-jeans factory, where two teenage girls, Jasmine and Orchid, are trying to survive the harsh working environment. But when the factory owner agrees to a deal with his Western client that forces his teenage workers to work around the clock, a confrontation becomes inevitable.

CHINA BLUE - Glasses Hi (1987) Canada (Rare vintage Hard Rock)

An obscure, but very enjoyable slice of RIOT-esque Hard Rock from Canadian band China Blue. This is from their lone self-titled 1987 seven song album on the Nemo label, and unless you're into pretty run-of-the-mill AOR this is the only track on the record which is worthy of your attention.
(No offence intended to the band members i just prefer my music a little heavier).
I love it when you find a little gem on an otherwise un-happening record, and this is a prime example.
Great guitars, a really catchy chorus and vocals which remind me strongly of RIOT's original singer, the late great Guy Speranza.

66087 + 60074 'Teenage Spirit' race through Aldridge at teatime on Tuesday 20th July with empty Imerys China Clay wagons running from Bescot to Newport Alexander Dock as 6V69.

The view shown in the last photograph was the scene of an incident tonight (21st July) when a car went down the embankment at left and came to rest across the upside line (the one the clay train was travelling on). Four freights were held for two hours along the Sutton Park line between 1800 and 2000 while the woman driver was extricated and taken to hospital, and the car removed.

A spectacular collision has been captured on camera from the inside of a tourist bus in China when...

A spectacular collision has been captured on camera from the inside of a tourist bus in China when the coach driver reportedly tried to reverse on the highway after missing an exit.

A truck ploughed into the rear of the bus at high speed, killing the truck driver.

Coach passengers can be seen being thrown about the inside of the bus like rag dolls.

In all, 10 passengers including the bus driver were flung out of the windows.

Hi Everyone,

This is a Part 3 to our Devon holiday vlogs.

Earlier this month we spent ten days down in Devon. A tradition that my family have done every year since before I was born. Originally, we all camped on the same site, near a small village called Stoke Gabriel. My childhood was filled with tent pitching, pasty eating, bingo playing fun. So many happy memories were made, and each year I looked forward to going there. It was the highlight of my year.

As the years have passed our tradition has altered slightly, but we always go to the same spot and have our summer holiday together, in Stoke Gabriel. As my family have grown, and my little ones were born, I decided I was no longer brave enough to ‘proper’ camp in a tent. So, for the last two years we have rented a static van at Higherwell Farm, in Stoke Gabriel. A five-minute walk from my extended family, who stayed at Broadleighs Farm.

In this vlog you will see the excitement of being on holiday in Devon. On Tuesday, my sister joined us for a day trip to Greenway house, where Agatha Christie lived. We walked round the idyllic gardens and explored the breath-taking sights down by the river dart at the boat house. It was one of those memorable days where the sun shone, we laughed lots and generally enjoyed each other’s company. Wednesday was more of a wet, over cast day, so we enjoyed a much slower paced morning then ventured out to paint ceramics at ‘China Blue’ in Totness. Followed by lunch with my family at the ‘Willow’ vegetarian restaurant nearby. Then in the last clip of this video we go out for the day with my brother to ‘Paington Zoo’, where we rode trains, watched animals and walked our little legs off.

This holiday is such a special part of who I am, and how I have grown up. There is something very magical about revisiting past memories with my two little ones, who are now experiencing those amazing moments for the first time. I feel so blessed to get to share this footage with you all, I hope you love it as much as we do.


I am really enjoying sharing my mummy experiences and professional childcare practitioner views with all of you. Being a Mummy is one of the most challenging/ rewarding experiences of my life, and I have learnt so much through a lot of trial and error, that I want to share my experience with you all.
