The first China-Kazakhstan Sub-National Cooperation Forum has wrapped up in southwest China's Nanning City, on the sidelines of the 14th China-ASEAN Expo. China is working together with Kazakhstan to strengthen closer ties as good neighbors, good friends and good partners, China's Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli said at the forum. Attendees agreed to establish a special partnership mechanism, which will be open to all countries along China's new Belt and Road routes.

Ping Xiang (hay còn gọi bằng tiếng Việt là Bằng Tường) là 1 thị trấn nhỏ nằm gần cửa khẩu Trung Quốc và Việt Nam. Nơi đây tuy ko sầm uất như những thành phố lớn, trái lại nó rất gần gũi với người dân Việt. Bởi tại đây các nhà hàng, siêu thị, shop quần áo trải dài trên 1 con phố. Nó thuận tiện cho người dân Việt qua đây với tiêu chí du lịch 1 day. Vì vậy đừng ngạc nhiên nếu bạn thấy 70% người Việt Nam ở trong thị trấn này.
