Chitral City | Pakistan !
The Chitral Fort is a fortification in Chitral town, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The fort is situated on the banks of the Chitral River. The fort has a commanding position on the river and is believed to have been built in 1774 during the reign of Mohtaram Shah Katur II and restored in 1911 by His Highness Sir Shuja ul-Mulk . The compound used to house the barracks of the guards of Mehtar of Chitral.
The fort was declared as the personal property of the last ruler of Chitral following the merger of Chitral State in 1969. It is now occupied by the current ceremonial Mehtar, Fateh-ul-Mulk Ali Nasir who has renovated the old Darbar Hall and state rooms following damage sustained during the earthquake of 2015.

The Chitral Expedition was a military expedition in 1895 sent by the British authorities to relieve the fort which was under siege after a local coup. After the death of the old ruler, power changed hands several times. An intervening British force of about 400 men was besieged in the fort until it was relieved by two expeditions, a small one from Gilgit and a larger one from Peshawa

The Shahi Mosque is the main mosque in the town of Chitral. It is located on the bank of the Chitral river adjacent to the Chitral Fort. It was the principal mosque of Chitral at the time of the existence of the State of Chitral.[4][5] The mosque was built on the orders of His Highness Shuja ul-Mulk in 1924.
The Government Centennial Model High School is a Pakistani secondary school for boys in the Battagram District of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
History and operations
Government Centennial Model High School was established in 1964 as Government High School. The school was damaged during an earthquake in October 2005 and full reconstruction has been delayed due to funding shortages and floods.[2] Because of the damages the building sustained, the school is only able to enroll 150 students .
In 2014, Save the Children used the school as a location to promote enrollment of children in Pakistan in government schools in areas with low literacy rates.

Chitral Tour on Bike | A Complete Guide of Chitral with English Subtitle
We (Uzair & Arsala) starts our journey on #Hero70 bike from Mardan, stayed for lunch at Dir and then waited for lowari tunnel. The road is mostly in bad form and the weather too is unpredictable, anyhow it took 10 hours to reach Bamburet.
I will not recommend bike ride but if you wish to go, then plz go in a group and with all vital accessories.

Boroghil, Chitral-Pakistan
Boroghil, also spelled Broghil, Boroghol and several other ways, (el. 3798 m./12,460 ft.) is a high mountain pass that crosses the Hindu Kush and connects the Wakhan Corridor of Afghanistan with Chitral in Pakistan.
Broghol is a relatively low pass.
It is one of the four major mountain passes entering Chitral; the others are the Dorah Pass from Badakshan in Afghanistan, Shandur Top from Gilgit, and Lowari Top from Dir in Pakistan.
The Boroghil festival is held from 15 to 17 July at the famous Boroghil plateau at the summer settlement of Shuwor Sheer 3690m.
