Hey Everyone!! Welcome back :-) I wanted to share my amazing Chokchai Muay Thai private class that I had with Kru Pe on Fitness street.
It was around 10 am in the morning and the session cost me 700 Baht (around $30 AUD). This is the usual price you will pay for a private Muay Thai session here on Fitness st (Soi Taied).
The intensity of this session was incredible and I highly recommend Chokchai. It is not as crowded and there is a really cool feeling about this place.
I particularly liked Kru Pe as he really pushed me beyond my physical limits.
In this video, I break down my private session and provide alot of unedited/raw clips to really give you an idea of what the training ambiance is like.

just another day in paradise....CHokchai was an Asian Champ at 35 wins 2 losses when he fought a young Manny Pacquiao. CHokchai cut too much weight and lost the fight and subsequently retired. He always taught me good boxing and spoke about opening his own gym, then again everyone says they're going to do that. CHokchai did it, congratulations shun arjun, your gym is outstanding. Trainers include Andaman Champion Tut and Thai fighter of the year and Lumpinee Champ Faushon. Come immerse yourself in real Thailand and real muay Thai.

This is a typical day of group training at Chokchai Muay Thai in Phuket, Thailand. I used to go to Tiger Muay Thai but it has gotten too crowded and commercialized, found this brand new local gym just down the street. It has way less people and the trainers here are awesome!
