CHEESY GRILLED CLAMS in Korea ???? Busan Day 3
Today in Busan, South Korea, we grill clams in the Haeundae District! It's a popular spot and we see for ourselves what the fuss is about. Yo. Cheese and butter is cheating; it makes everything taste so good ????
Afterwards we give our tummies an intermission and check out the Busan Museum of Art. From breathing sculptures that age within seconds to floating walls, we savor each painting and installation.
Located within walking distance of the art museum is Shinsegae Centum City Department Store, which is HUGE and houses 10 floors of shopping, theaters, and a massive food court. But mostly it's shopping. Watch the video to see the adventure unfold!

KOREAN NOODLES & KING DUMPLINGS ???? Busan Day 7
Today we try two kinds of Korean noodles: Mul Milmyeon (물밀면) and Bibim Milmyeon (비빔밀면). These dishes are similar to Naengmyeon, however the noodle ingredients differ. While naengmyeon is made of buckwheat noodles, milymyeon is made of various flour such as wheat flour, potato flour and sweet potato flour.
According to our research, the milmyeon in Busan tends to have a soup base made with beef bone. The milmyeon soup base in Jeju Island is typically made with pork meat. Other regions might also dried anchovy for the soup base.
Hope you enjoy this episode of 11 Days in Busan! This video is shorter than usual as I needed to spend the rest of the day editing a video. But yo, those king dumplings were soooooo good. Even better than the milmyeon if you ask me! ????
Featured restaurant: Choryang Milmyeon (초량밀면)
Address in Korean: 부산 동구 중앙대로 225
Address in English: 225 Jungang-daero, Choryang 2(i)-dong
Dong-gu, Busan, South Korea

Live Octopus, Flatfish Sashimi and Spicy Fish Soup in Jagalchi Market, Busan South Korea
Jagalchi Market, located on the shoreside road in Busan's Jung-gu, is Korea's largest seafood market, selling both live and dried fish. After the Korean War the market solidified itself as a fish market. Most of the people who sell fish are women, so the vendors here are called Jagalchi Ajumma, ajumma meaning middle-aged or married woman in Korean. Here we tried the famous raw octopus and flat fish sashimi.

Busan vlog Day 2: Choryang Milmyeon, Giant dumplings! Gamcheon culture village and the cutest puppyy
Longestt tittlee everrr but I had to include the cutest puppy everrrr.
It was so adorable I couldn't get over it. I miss her (TT ^ TT)
03.09.18
So for today, we went to try out Choryang Milmyeon famous for its giant dumplings!(: Milmyeon is popular in Busan, it's similar to naengmyeon except that it's made with flour instead of buckwheat. It was good though.
We then went to the Gamcheon culture village. It reminds me of the Rainbow village in Taiwan which brought back reminiscent feelings^^ Gamcheon is a lot bigger and there's a lot going on ranging from the view, exhibits, statues, art, food, and etc. Definitely worth checking out!(: As a fan of the Little Prince, I totally love it!(:
P.S.

Traditional Korean Painting Experience in Seoul
Today we experience traditional Korean painting and calligraphy with artist Kwak Ja Ae (곽자애)! I found it very relaxing to watch her make each brush stroke. She demonstrates how to paint various flowers and plants, including chrysanthemum, plum blossom, and bamboo. I try to mimic her work and end up buying my own set of ink, paper and brush. Hope you enjoy this video and the traditional songs playing in the background ????
