Myohonji Temple, Kamakura - Japan
Myohonji is one of several temples of the Nichiren Shu of Japanese Buddhism along the hills in the southeast of Kamakura. The temple was founded by Hiki Yoshimoto in 1260, and features a statue of Nichiren.
The temple is connected via a hiking trail with some other nearby temples and a shrine. It leads through the wooded hills of Kamakura, and should be explored only with good walking shoes and during dry weather, because there are a few steep and rough passages.

鎌倉(大仏、鶴岡八幡宮、光明寺・・)の桜と海棠 cherry blossoms of kamakura
今年は桜の開花が早まり、鎌倉でも早咲きのしだれ桜が見ごろとのことです。染井吉野は３月末に見ごろになると思われますが、２０１１年に撮影した鎌倉の桜と海棠（カイドウ）を編集しました。
高徳院の鎌倉大仏、長谷寺、鶴岡八幡宮、その参道である若宮大路（段葛）、光明寺、長勝寺の染井吉野、本覚寺や本興寺のしだれ桜、光則寺や海蔵寺、妙本寺の海棠です。
Bloom of a cherry tree is advanced this year, and an early weeping cherry is also said to be best time at Kamakura. When it was best time at the end of March, a Yosino cherry tree seemed, but a cherry tree and a flowering crab apple of Kamakura who took a picture in 2011 (aronia) were edited.
A Yosino cherry tree in Kamakura Daibutsu in eminent virtue in, the Wakamiya avenue which are Hase-dera, Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu and the approach to Shrine (vine road), Komyo-ji and Choshoji and a flowering crab apple in a weeping cherry, Mitsuhisa temple, Kaizoji and Tae Hondera of Hongakuji temple and this interest temple.
