Big band fans of all ages are welcomed to a rip-roaring show that highlights favourites from the world of swing and big band jazz! Including timeless big band classics, ‘I’ve Got You Under My Skin’ and ‘Mack the Knife’, Shane Hampsheir and his band of West End star musicians will not only re-visit the standards of yesteryear but be prepared to be blown away by the sounds of Michael Bublé and Gregory Porter with more modern arrangements such as, ‘Feeling Good’, ‘Haven’t Met You Yet’ and ‘The In-Crowd’. This unmissable show will also include music from Shane Hampsheir’s self-titled iTunes UK Jazz Chart Top 5 album and his No. 1 single, ‘Brazil’ as well as ‘I Put A Spell On You’ and ‘Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps’.
The big band will be made up of some of the very best jazz talent in the UK, including a few big names and is fronted by one of the country’s finest big band vocalists, Shane Hampsheir.
Bromley-based singer, Shane Hampsheir, is often seen performing in prestigious jazz and cabaret clubs in and around London's thriving West End and more recently in New York’s bustling Greenwich Village with his swing band and with the likes of the Ronnie Scott's Jazz Orchestra, the London City Big Band and the Callum Au Big Band as well as with his own 17-piece big band.

Aladdin comes to Bromley
Aladdin is coming to Bromley's Churchill Theatre in December! We went along to meet and chat with some of the cast (including Max Fulham, Christopher Biggins and Rikki Jay) and see what they're up to for Christmas.

Since wowing audiences on its nationwide cinema release, feel-good film The Bromley Boys starring Alan Davies, Martine McCutcheon, Jamie Foreman, Adam Deacon, Gareth Hale, TJ Herbert, Mark Dymond, Ewen McIntosh, and rising star Brenock O’Connor (Game of Thrones), now takes a prestigious seat alongside British box office comedy hits such as The Full Monty, Billy Elliot, Bend it Like Beckham and Calendar Girls.
This funny, touching coming of age football memoir is played out to the sights and sounds of Britain in 1970, with over 90 minutes of non-stop laughs and calamity in this poignant story of the worst football team in Britain.
Featuring the timeless music of Dusty Springfield, Manfred Mann, Georgie Fame, Spencer Davis Group, The Small Faces and many more, this show is a rare opportunity to be part of an exciting new concept of live theatre and cinematic comedy magic.
