Il luogo:
Ciao meditatore e meditatrice! Oggi ci troviamo in un meraviglioso parco extraurbano: Costa di Carro. Siamo in provincia di Ragusa e precisamente nel territorio di Scicli, sulla costa tra le frazioni marinare di Cava D’Aliga e Sampieri. E’ un percorso lungo spiagge e scogliere mozzafiato. Di solito si presta per delle passeggiate di trekking o delle pedalate in mountain bike. Ed in effetti è con la mia bici che l’ho scoperto! Sentivo però sempre parlare di un luogo preciso all’interno del parco: il covo, o anche grotta, dei contrabbandieri. Quindi una volta, per far qualche foto, mi sono spinto alla ricerca di questa scogliera. In realtà ancora oggi non l’ho trovata... o meglio, facendo altre ricerche ho capito finalmente dov’è e ci andrò presto. In compenso, cercandola, ho scoperto un’altro paio di punti sul litorale davvero interessati. Il primo è un edificio abbandonato, la casetta del finanziere, in passato un vecchio faro che è stato preso in uso dalla guardia di finanza. Davvero suggestivo al tramonto.
L’altro luogo che ho scovato è alla fine quello che ho scelto per fare un po di meditazione e suonare qualche nota.
Come avrete visto dal video, si tratta di una scogliera a strapiombo sul mare. Più lontana dalla strada e per arrivarci bisogna attraversare un po di vegetazione, agavi, palme nane, fichi d’india e altra flora mediterranea.
Il luogo in dialetto è nominato “puzzu ra za vanna”. C’è un piccolo edifico che protegge questo pozzo.
Tucidide scrive che qui sorgeva un tempio, del quale si è persa traccia, in onore di Apollo Archegete, cioè colui che guida la fondazione, in quanto patrono di molte colonie greche oltremare.
Il suono del mare regna sovrano. Ci si perde in questo orizzonte senza risposte e non è difficile entrare in un profondo stato meditativo. Spero che il video ti sia piaciuto! CI vediamo al prossimo video sonoro meditativo!

Hello meditators! Today we are in a wonderful suburban park: Costa di Carro. We are in the province of Ragusa and precisely in the territory of Scicli, on the coast between the seaside villages of Cava D’Aliga and Sampieri. It is a path along breathtaking beaches and cliffs. Usually it is suitable for trekking or mountain bike rides. And in fact it is with my bike that I discovered it! But I always heard about a specific place in the park: the den, or even cave, of smugglers. So once, to take some pictures, I went in search of this cliff. I still haven't found it today ... or rather, by doing other research I finally understood where it is and I will go there soon. On the other hand, looking for it, I discovered another couple of really interesting points on the coast. The first is an abandoned building, the financier's house, in the past an old lighthouse that was used by the finance guard. Really suggestive at sunset.
The other place I found was in the end what I chose to do some meditation and play some notes.
As you will have seen from the video, it is a cliff overlooking the sea. Farther from the road and to get there you have to go through some vegetation, agaves, dwarf palms, prickly pears and other Mediterranean flora.
The place in dialect is named puzzu ra za vanna. There is a small building that protects this well.
Thucydides writes that there was a temple here, of which no trace has been lost, in honor of Apollo Archegete, that is the guide of the foundation, as patron of many Greek colonies overseas.
The sound of the sea reigns supreme. You get lost in this horizon without answers and it is not difficult to enter a deep meditative state. I hope you enjoyed the video! See you at the next meditative sound video!
