Jerusalem - St Martin de Belleville (Val Thorens March 2016)
Jerusalem is a rolling red run sitting above St Martin. It starts from the ridge between Méribel-Mottaret and St Martin and drops down the St Martin side towards the town below.
It’s the many natural rollers lining the length of Jerusalem that make the run so special. You can drop in, pick up a good head of steam and hit them hard before slowing down for the corner at the bottom. At the end, make the most of the long descent and continue on down Biolley, the blue piste leading straight into St Martin at the bottom of the valley.

Cime Caron is a mountain of Savoie, France. It lies in the Massif de la Vanoise range. It has an elevation of 3,200 metres above sea level. It is a mountain in the Three Valleys (Les Trois Vallées) a popular ski resort, in the valley of Bellevile, in the resort of Val Thorens. It has 4 ski slopes: 3 black, and 1 red. One of the blacks (Combe de Rosael) goes into the secret fourth valley, in the three valleys, Orelle. Cime de Caron is the second-highest skiing point in the Three Valleys.
Combe de Caron is a long and winding black with a precariously steep start and Combe Rosael is definitely the most challenging route into the Maurienne valley and was, until recently, an itinerary. Similarly the black under Cascades was previously off-piste and is an excellent bumps run.
One of the best views of the French Alps. The view point is at 3,200 meters and you get there from the Val Thorens area (with skis or without) with the Caron cable car. The view covers most of the French Alps, including the Mont Blanc. There is a restaurant on the side with panoramic deck towards the Orelle valley. Go here on a sunny day in the morning for the best light.
The ski resort Les 3 Vallées – Val Thorens/Les Menuires/Méribel/Courchevel is located in the Tarentaise (France, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Savoie Mont Blanc, Savoie, Albertville). For skiing and snowboarding, there are 600 km of slopes and 50 km of ski routes available. 141 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 1,100 and 3,230 m.
The ski resort, Les 3 Vallées - the three valleys - connects the valleys of Courchevel, Méribel and the Vallée des Belleville with Saint Martin de Belleville, Les Menuires and Val Thorens to form one of the largest connected ski resorts in the world. The different valleys also offer a variety of landscapes from High Alpine terrain with cliffs and Alm meadows to slopes through the forests - and the space between the slopes is accessible for freeriders. There are also connections to the ski resort with gondolas from Orelle and Brides-les-Bains, which are not located in the valleys.
