President Hassan Rouhani رئيس جمهور روحاني inaugurated Hashtgerd Subway Station in Alborz province استان البرز this morning, in a ceremony attended by the city mayor and a number of city council members.
Hashtgerd Subway Station ايستگاه متروي هشتگرد will be linked with Golshahr Metro Station ايستگاه مترو گلشهر in Karaj كرج (about 26 kilometers away) - the last station of Tehran Metro’s Line 5 خط پنج متروي تهران.
The construction of Hashtgerd Station started in July 2018, and about 10 trillion rials ($75.7 million) have so far been injected into the project.
According to officials, the new section has the capacity to transport 250,000 passengers per day.
Considering the increasing traffic congestion and air pollution in Karaj and its satellite cities, the line can help alleviate both.

Traveling Iran Walking In Mashhad City Streets & Shops Middle East 2019. I am traveling in Iran, walking in the Mashhad city's streets, Bazar, Markets, and shops. Mashhad is located in the northeast part of the country in Khorasan province. Mashhad city is a holy city of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is the second-largest city with over 3 Million population and capital of Khorasan-e Razavi Province. There are many modes of transports as Car, Taxi, Public Buses, Trains and by Air. It’s centered on the vast Holy Shrine of Imam Reza, with golden domes and minarets that are floodlit at night. The circular complex also contains the tomb of Lebanese scholar Sheikh Bahai, plus the 15th-century, tile-fronted Goharshad Mosque, with a turquoise dome. Museums within the shrine include the Carpet Museum, with many rare pieces. Mashhad means is the place of Martyrdom. By the end of the third Hijri century, a dome was built on the grave of Imam Reza and many buildings and bazaars sprang around the holy shrine. In 383 A.H. 993 A.D. Sebuktigin, the Ghaznavid sultan devastated Mashhad and stopped the pilgrims from visiting the holy shrine of Imam Reza. Tourists from the different parts of the world and Shia pilgrims, zawar, ziarin visit this holy city every year in large numbers and also travel other cities of Iran. Travel by bus to Iran is very cheap. fare price is low in Iran by rail, buses, taxes and by air. Oil prices are very low too. Diesel and petrol price is around 6 to 10 cent per liter.

Tehran Persian: تهران – Tehrān is the capital of Iran and Tehran Province. With a population of around 9 million in the city and 16 million in the wider metropolitan area,[3] Tehran is the largest city and urban area of Iran, the second largest city in Western Asia, and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. It is ranked 29th in the world by the population of its metropolitan area.[4]
In the Classical era, part of the present-day city of Tehran was occupied by a Median city which in the Avesta occurs as Rhaga.[5] It was destroyed by the Mongols in the early 13th century, and remains now as a city in Tehran Province, located towards the south end of the modern-day city of Tehran.
Tehran was first chosen as the capital of Iran by Agha Mohammad Khan of the Qajar dynasty in 1796, in order to remain in close reach of Iran's territories in the Caucasus, at that time still part of Iran, and to avoid vying factions of previous Iranian dynasties. The capital has been moved several times throughout the history, and Tehran is the 32nd national capital of Iran.
The city was the seat of Qajars and Pahlavis, the two last imperial dynasties of the country. It is home to many historical monuments, such as the royal complexes of Golestan, Saadabad, and Niavaran, as well as the country's most important governmental buildings of the modern period.
Large scale demolition and rebuilding began in the 1920s, and Tehran has been subject of mass migration of people from all over Iran, since the 20th century.[6]
The most famous landmarks of the city include the Azadi Tower, a memorial built during the Pahlavi period, and the Milad Tower, the world's 17th tallest freestanding structure which was built in 2007. The newly built Tabiat Bridge is considered as the 3rd symbol of the city.[7]
Majority of the people of Tehran are Persian-speaking people who identify themselves as Persians,[8][9] and roughly 99% of the population understand and speak Persian; but there are also populations of other Iranian ethnicities such as Azerbaijanis, Armenians, Lurs, and Kurds who speak Persian as their second language.[10]
Tehran is served by the Mehrabad and Khomeini international airports, a central railway station, the rapid transit rail system of Tehran Metro, as well as trolleybus and BRT systems, and has a huge network of highways.
There have been plans to relocate Iran's capital from Tehran to another area; due mainly to air pollution and the city's exposure to earthquakes.

Yazd is the capital of Yazd Province, Iran, and a center of Zoroastrian culture., Yazd is an architecturally unique city. Yazd has a history of over 5,000 years, dating back to the time of the Median empire, when it was known as Ysatis .city itself has a Fire Temple, which holds a fire that has been kept alight continuously since 470 AD. Presently, It was visited by Marco Polo in 1272 he described Yazd in the following way:
It is a good and noble city, and has a great amount of trade. They weave there quantities of a certain silk tissue known as Yasdi, which merchants carry into many quarters to dispose of. When you leave this city to travel further, you ride for seven days over great plains, finding harbour to receive you at three places only. There are many fine woods producing dates upon the way, such as one can easily ride through; and in them there is great sport to be had in hunting and hawking, there being partridges and quails and abundance of other game, so that the merchants who pass that way have plenty of diversion. There are also wild asses, handsome creatures. At the end of those seven marches over the plain, you come to a fine kingdom which is called Kerman.
People of Yazd are very famous for being peaceful, strategist, and hardworking. Yazd is of foremost importance as a centre of Persian architecture. Because of its climate, it has one of the largest networks of qanats in the world, and Yazdi qanat makers are considered the most skilled in Iran.
