Cineworld Celebrates Its Unlimited With London Movie Bus Tour
Cineworld has launched a bus tour of London’s iconic movie spots for its members to celebrate its Unlimited card.
The experience, created by Hill and Knowlton Strategies alongside Cineworld’s in-house marketing team, sees the customised tour bus travel from Hyde Park to Leicester Square to allow film fans to see the iconic points at which cult classics and modern movies were created or based upon.
The bus is fitted with a small cinema, traditional cinema chairs, popcorn machine and Pick n Mix on the lower deck while upstairs hosts prop filled seats to coincide with the film locations. The props include the likes of Thor’s hammer, Wonder Woman’s crown, a Paddington bear, Harry Potter’s wand and a Sherlock Holmes hat.
At the end of the tour, people are invited to a screening of Hans Solo at Leicester Square cinema.
The tour takes place twice a day from 31 May until 3 June in London.

Vue Cinemas pulls Blue Story from venues after fighting breaks out in Birmingham | ITV News
Vue Cinemas has pulled a gang film from its venues as a police chief described disturbances ahead of a viewing as possibly “the worst thing” some officers had seen.
Blue Story will no longer be shown at any of its 91 outlets in the UK and Ireland after seven police officers were injured on Saturday at Star City in Birmingham.
The film's director Andrew Onwubolu, known as Rapman, has said the story is about love not violence and said he hopes the blame is placed on the individuals and not the film itself.

Asterix: The Mansions of the Gods Official Trailer - Jack Whitehall, Nick Frost, Greg Davies
Watch the trailer for Asterix: The Mansions of the Gods released on 19 August 2016 at selected Cineworld Cinemas. Visit for more info and booking.
Our favourite plucky Gauls resist the latest Roman invasion in this witty animation with an all-star voice cast.
As the Roman Empire continues its expansion, Julius Caesar (Jim Broadbent) becomes increasingly exasperated by the small village of indomitable Gauls who continue to hold out against its might. But now he's come up with his most dastardly plan to crush their resistance. A luxury housing complex, known as the Mansion of the Gods, is constructed on the outskirts of the village. With the Gauls in danger of becoming a mere service industry for tourists, it's time for magic potion-fuelled Asterix (Jack Whitehall) and Obelix (Nick Frost) to fight back against Rome's cultural invasion.
This first animated Asterix movie in ten years is a brilliantly fun-packed family adventure with plenty of action and a fabulous satirical storyline. The superb voice cast of comic talent also includes Catherine Tate, Harry Enfield and Dominic Wood of Dick and Dom fame.
