Videos and pictures from our polar bear safari from Classic Canadian Tours.

First walk of 2020! - New Year's in downtown Toronto on Yonge St [4K]
This new year's 2020 4K walk on along Yonge Street in downtown Toronto starts just minutes after midnight January 1st. I start out on Richmond Street where I walk over to Yonge Street and from there it's north to Bloor-Yonge Station. I did record a walk just before this from King and Bathurst over to City Hall but as luck would have I didn't notice that my camera cut out just before the New Year's Countdown. So rather than upload a failed video I decided to record this one and start the new year off on a better note. I plan on continuing to upload a lot of walks from around Toronto and wherever else I'm able to travel to this year so just a friendly reminder to subscribe to the channel if you don't want to miss out. Thanks for watching and I wish you all the best in the year!

A quick tour of southern Manitoba
Not my best work with video production, but entertaining nonetheless. This is a failed 300km attempt.
The day started out ok, but the sky quickly collapsed into weak lift forcing me to abandon my task.
The video is of the first 2h20 minutes of a 3h20 minute flight. I had the GoPro running until the battery died.

Bear charges hunter in Canada backcountry
Video courtesy: Richard Wesley
A hunter in Northern Ontario, Canada got the scare of his life, and on his birthday no less, when a black bear charged and knocked him over on May 17, 2017.
The man is a seasoned archery hunter and at the time was hunting on his land in Hearst, Ontario, Canada.
The man stated to The Weather Network: ‘It is a true learning experience as to how unpredictable our wild black bears can be. I decided to share with everyone to show people on how fast a bear can charge attack an individual.’
The bear was not injured and the hunter was nursing an elbow and ego bruise.
