Presso la palestra di arrampicata boulder Topo pazzo climbing house a Verres in Aosta 55 giovani climber hanno dato prova delle proprie qualità su 21 percorsi boulder.
Ecco il poker dei vincitori: la quindicenne Serena Rinaldi di Vico, la tredicenne Bianca Quercetti di Torino, il diciannovenne Jimi Brunod di Chatillon e il diciassettenne Nicolò Bianco di Gressoney St. Jean
sono stati scelti per competere in una delle prove italiane di RockShow 2011. Il resto della giornata è stato animato della rock band locale Thunderstruck e da uno sfizioso spuntino per tutti gli intervenuti.

Via Francigena 2: da Chatillon a Montestrutto
Ci si dirige verso Saint-Vincent e si passa su sentiero nel bosco poco oltre il ponte romano.
Salite e discese sulle colline fino ad arrivare a Verres, con un'ultima e ripida discesa.
Il giorno seguente lunghi tratti asfaltati, prima tra i borghi della valle (tra cui Arnad) poi lungo il fiume Dora fino ad avvistare e superare il forte di Bard.
Poi è ancora asfalto fino a Pont Saint Martin, con il tratto di via romana delle Gallie come unico punto interessante.
Il tragitto torna interessante qualche chilometro dopo, quando inizia la salita a Carema, su ripido sentiero tra le vigne.
Da Carema a Montestrutto quasi solo asfalto, prima tra prati costeggiati da poche case e poi sulla statale
Head towards Saint-Vincent and go on a path in the woods just beyond the Roman bridge.
Go up and down the hills until you get to Verres, with one last and steep descent.
The following day long stretches of asphalt, first among the villages of the valley (including Arnad) then along the Dora river until you spot and pass the Bard fort.
Then it is still asphalt up to Pont Saint Martin, with the stretch of Roman way of Gaul as the only interesting point.
The route becomes interesting a few kilometers later, when the climb to Carema begins, on a steep path through the vineyards.
From Carema to Montestrutto almost only asphalt, first among meadows lined with a few houses and then on the state road

The film was the last film directed by Howard Hawks, from a script by Leigh Brackett. The film was shot in Technicolor with a running time of 114 minutes. The musical score was composed by Jerry Goldsmith and the movie was filmed at Cuernavaca in the Mexican state of Morelos and at Tucson, Arizona.
It was the third Howard Hawks film varying the idea of a sheriff defending his office against belligerent outlaw elements in the town, after Rio Bravo (1959) and El Dorado (1966), both also starring John Wayne.
PLOT: After the Civil War, Cord McNally searches for the traitor whose treachery caused the defeat of McNally's unit and the loss of a close friend.

Our story begins as Vox Machina, the heroes of Emon, arrive at the cavernous underground city of Kraghammer. After wiping out a grave threat to Emon’s emperor, Sovereign Uriel Tal'Dorei III, the band of adventurers has been sent on a journey by Arcanist, Allura Vysoren to find Lady Kima of Vord, a Halfling Paladin of Bahamut, who was drawn to Kraghammer upon learning of a great evil resting beneath it. The party get their bearings in the sprawling, dwarven city, meet a few of its more colorful denizens, and learn that the dwarves have been dealing with unnatural creatures spilling out of the mines in recent months. The mine’s overseer, Nostoc Greyspine, barely finishes explaining their troubles, when a pack of goblins and ogres come spilling out of the mine’s entrance, pursued by something far worse.
