Best Japanese Restaurant Alabang: Kessaku Commercenter Alabang by HourPhilippines.com
Best Japanese Restaurant Alabang: Kessaku Commercenter Alabang. Kessaku is a casual dining 85 seater Japanese restaurant serving a diverse range of authentic Japanese cuisine using top quality ingredients. It was opened at the Commercenter Alabang on October 2013 by sisters Yums and Chili Aggabao whose adoration of Japanese cuisine encouraged them to conceptualize this southern gem. It took us a few years to finally get here but upon arrival we immediately felt right at home within this loft style restaurant with modern and chic minimalist interiors and floor to ceiling windows. This restaurant’s claim to fame is their Salmon Sashimi which is imported from Norway each week, chilled not frozen and then carefully handled, boned and filleted. The texture is delicate and creamy that it practically melts in your mouth. We can’t wait to share with you our dining experience.
From their expanisve menu the first thing you need to order is their Four Kinds of Sashimi with Salmon, Tuna, Uni and Hamachi which was a great start to a fabulous Japanese meal. Other highly recommended dishes include the: Spider Soft Shell Crab Roll, Ebi Black Tiger Prawn Tempura, Saba Shioyaki, Salmon Belly Aburi and their Wagyu Cubes Teppanyaki.

Elbert's Sandwiches Cheesteak Commercenter Mall Alabang by HourPhilippines.com
Elbert's Sandwiches Cheesteak Commercenter Mall Alabang. Elbert's Cheesesteak may have closed at Power Plant Mall in Rockwell in 2014, but southerners may rejoice as they have setup shop at the new Commercenter mall in Alabang. Owned by restauranteur Elbert Cuenca, expect the same level of excellence that he applies to his steaks in the legendary Elbert's Steakroom. Our favorite is their premium Cheesesteak with 100% USDA sukiyaki Cut Ribeye with Provolone Cheese and served in a toasted baguetini.

2018 Best Japanese Restaurant Manila: Teppanya Sushi and Teppanyaki Evia Lifestyle Center
2018 Best Japanese Restaurant Manila: Teppanya Sushi and Teppanyaki Evia Lifestyle Center. Teppanya is one of the best Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurants in Manila after Kimpura and Inagiku at the Shangri-La Makati. The first Teppanya branch was opened at SM City Clark, Pampanga by Mr. Pineda on May 30 2015 and he has since expanded to Manila through a Teppanyaki Xpress at Fisher Mall in Quezon City and on December 21, 2016 at the Evia Lifestyle Center in Las Pinas. This branch has a sushi bar and 5 teppanyaki tables on the lower level and a second floor with another 4 private teppanyaki tables with an intention to serve serious foodies with an emperor’s budget. In this special episode we splurge and order up a gourmet selection of Sushi, Sashimi, Wagyu, and various seafood teppanyaki, From their extensive sushu and sashimi menu we would highly recommend starting with the Ikura Salmon Roe Nigiri, Hamachi Yellowtail Sashimi and Salmon Cheese Aburi. From the Teppanyaki menu, make sure to order the Miyazaki A5 Wagyu, King Prawns, Seared Hokkaido Scallops with Foie Gras and the Emperor’s Chahan. When ordering your Wagyu, ask the Chef to bring out a few cuts so you can choose the best marbling!

Best Ramen Alabang: Sigekiya Ramen Tsukemen Commercenter Mall by HourPhilippines.com
Sigekiya Ramen was first opened by Chef Mamori Sugizaki in Yokohama Japan in 2010 and was franchised to the Philippines by Miguel Illescas who opened the first international branch at the Commercenter Alabang in April 2016. What differentiates this open kitchen ramen bar from the competition is that instead of using pork bones for the broth they use meat which gives their broth a darker and thicker consistency and vibrant meaty flavor. Their signature Sigekiya Ramen is their version of a Shoyu Ramen which comes with Grilled Chasyu and take note the noodles at this ramen house are thicker than the usualy Hakata style ramen houses but delicious nonetheless. Their ramen comes in 3 different sizes and varied degrees of spicyness based on your preference. They also have special ramen lunch sets with Gyoza.

The center is now a premier shopping and cultural district in the metropolis because of its wide array of shopping, entertainment and cultural offerings.
The Ayala Center is a recreational, shopping, dining, and entertainment development located in the heart of Makati. Its location places it virtually at the heart of the country's commercial and business center. It is bounded by Ayala Avenue on the east, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) on the south, Arnaiz Avenue on the west, and to north by Legazpi Street and Paseo de Roxas. The Ayala MRT Station of the MRT Line 3 serves the area.[2] The development originally started with a number of separate shopping arcades and Greenbelt Park before expanding to cover over 50 hectares{of facilities.[3] Today the complex now includes several malls, each with its own shopping and restaurant arcades and cinemas; three department stores, a number of hotels; and the Ayala Museum, showcasing exhibits on Philippine history and art.
