Hey guys what’s up, Assalamu Alaykum and welcome to Sunnah Active. This channel aims to inspire living an active Sunnah lifestyle; welcoming people of all communities and backgrounds.

Living an active Sunnah lifestyle however consists of more than just travelling, you can get involved with us in various community outreach projects as we initiate a diverse range of community programmes from doing fun activities with orphans to working with refugees. There are many ways you all can be involved in order to bring benefit as a community.

Let’s not forget how important it is to keep physically fit, I will be providing many workout videos and tips on how to develop strength, fitness and agility as well as mixed martial arts techniques which will equip you with the self-confidence and ability needed to defend yourself should a situation arise.

This region is what Phuket is known for the world over. There is a wide variety of beaches, some calm, some totally ruined by millions of visitors each year. Patong is one of the party capitals of Asia.
Southeastern Phuket (Chalong Bay, Cape Panwa, Nai Han, Rawai, Ya Nui)
Slightly off-beat beaches that are worth the trip. Chalong Bay is the largest town that acts as a harbour for outgoing boats to Phi Phi island and others south islands.
Interior Phuket (Bang Rong, Ko Sire, Phuket Town, Phra Taew National Park, Thalang)
Besides Phuket Town, the interior of Phuket is pretty much unvisited by foreign visitors. This fertile hilly expanse consists of mangrove forests, fishing villages, rubber and pineapple plantations, small Muslim communities and shrimp farms. The Phra Taew National Park is a nice escape from the tourist crowds, as is the Gibbon Project [9].

Offering a different vibe to the beach, Phuket Town is where the culture and history of Phuket can be found. The busy town is a commercial hub for locals, who go about their daily routines. The community is still very traditional in some aspects with stores and restaurants that have been selling the same goods and serving the same recipes for generations.

Phuket Old Town
The Sino-Portuguese architecture brings character to the city. In the Old Town many buildings and even whole streets have been renovated to bring back their former glory from the days when the tin mining community thrived some 100 years ago.

Visit the clock tower, Soi Romanee, Dibuk Road, Thalang Road, Thaihua Museum and more locations where the shop houses and mansions are now homes, museums, businesses and restaurants. For a taste of the local night life, stay in town and go to one of the many bars that play live music.

Sapan Hin
At the edge of town the beach at Sapan Hin offers a respite from the busy streets. With a small beach, park area and walkways, its a great place to take a stroll or have a picnic, but not suitable for swimming.

Koh Siray
Koh Siray is an island connected to Phuket Town by a short bridge. On the approach to the bridge visitors can stop by a platform specially built for feeding the monkeys that come out of the mangrove to eat each afternoon. The island of Koh Siray is home to the largest Sea Gypsy community in Phuket. The peaceful island is mostly mountains and natural landscape, but in recent years development has begun and the small island is now home to a major hotel Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa Phuket.
