BVI's 2016 part 1
This is part 1 (the first 4 days) of our sailing trip through the British Virgin Islands in June of 2016. We departed from Conch Charter's in Road Town, Tortola and sailed to Cooper Island, dove the RMS Rhone, explored Salt Island, sailed into Savannah Bay where we anchored for a night, visited the Baths, stopped for a night at Saba Rock.
Watch for part 2 and pick up where we left off sailing out of North Sound and on to Anegada, Sandy Cay, Great Harbor (Foxys), White Bay (Soggy Dollar), Cane Garden Bay, through the pass at the West End where we had heavy seas, diving at The Caves, and our last night moored at Norman Island.
Please give a thumbs up if you enjoy the video and leave a comment.
Thanks!

SailDives in Tortola-BVI Travel Movie 2/7
SailDives in Tortola - BVI Part 2/7 After overnight at Fallen Jerusalem a sail to the Dogs for diving at The Visibles dive site and a short hop to the Chimney dive site. A sail to Spanish Town for tank fills and lunch on board before sailing to The Baths to explore the caves ending with a secret treasure for all to enjoy. This visit in low season while Igor was looming, was free of the crowds from cruise ships that make finding a mooring ball difficult at times. The adventurers had the Bath and beach to themselves, the way it was decades ago. Specialized Scuba offers all inclusive, crewed catamaran sail and dive trips to 4 locations in the Caribbean: Belize, Bequia, Tortola and Tobago.

Anegada The Drowned Island - British Virgin Islands
Even after the hurricane impact of Irma on the territory everything started to bounce back and look beautiful. We were given an amazing tour by Kelly who organizes these trips, and had a blast discovering new places and learning new things. Although the weather was a little unfavourable for flying and filming we still managed to to have a good time. Filmed on Mavic Air

Road Town
Road Town, located on Tortola, is the capital of the British Virgin Islands. It is situated on the horseshoe-shaped Road Harbour in the centre of the island's south coast. The population was about 9,400 in 2004.
The name is derived from the nautical term the roads, a place less sheltered than a harbour but which ships can easily get to. A 28 hectares development called Wickham's Cay, consisting of two areas that were reclaimed from the sea and a marina, have enabled Road Town to emerge as a haven for yacht chartering and a centre of tourism. This area is the newest part of the city and the hub for the new commercial and administrative buildings of the BVI. The oldest building in Road Town, the HM Prison on Main Street, dates from the 1840s.
