This course brings everybody to the fields to collect the bluish Sanshing scallion while explaining the variety, the secrets of deliciousness such as growing environment and climate feature of Sanshing scallion. Then it is time for cooking! The participants will be able to experience the classic taste, the beauty of nature and energy of Lanyang Plain while relishing the homemade dishes amidst the delicate and graceful scenery filled with green mountains and beautiful water at the end.
