Cook in Italy - A look at attending Cook in Tuscany
Have you ever wanted to cook in Italy? Cook In Tuscany is a cooking school in the medieval hilltop village of Montefollonico Tuscany. This cooking experience will leave an indelible mark on your culinary and traveling soul.
Cook in Tuscany is a cooking school overlooking the fertile farmlands and rolling hills of Tuscany. This video is based on my own personal experience attending the week-long cooking school, which I found to be the perfect introduction to Tuscany. Walkabout in Lucca, Tuscany, Italy
We ate a nice take away pizza in the town of Lucca, Italy. Cycling is popular because of restricted access to cars. There are many delicatessens in Lucca where they sell locally made Focaccia and savouries amongst other things. The oval roman amphitheatre in the centre of Lucca has many Pizzeria restaurants.

Pisa and Lucca in Tuscany, Italia
Tuscany is famous for its beautiful towns, villages and cities as well as its stunning landscape and ultimately for its good food and wine. In this video we will show you highlights from Pisa and Lucca in Tuscany. We will also show you NOVASOL holiday homes in this area. In the center of Pisa is the famous Leaning Tower which is a symbol of this city. There are also cozy streets with typically yellow houses and homes. Lucca is a very well kept medieval city with amazing food. You can taste a lot of different fish and pastas prepared in a traditionally Tuscan way here. This city has many attractions such as the statue of Giacomo Puccini who is a central figure in the city’s history. There are many small restaurants owned by the locals who will sometimes also cook the food themselves. This means that you are guaranteed an authentic Tuscan meal. Book a NOVASOL holiday villa in Lucca or Pisa in Tuscany and taste great food, experience exciting culture, visit the Leaning Tower and much more. Novasol website:

A nice little restaurant hidden in Lucca. I loved the pizza and the Limoncello was wonderful too. You can also buy produce in the little shop attached.

Lucca Italy Studying Italian and Touring
This is a film about trips I have made to Lucca, Italy to study Italian and tour the area around Lucca with the school in the afternoons, after our Italian classes. Classes at the school are excellent with great teachers. The after school activities and programs are lots of fun. The two I experienced on two different occassions were Speak and Walk Italian and Speak and Cook Italian. The film gives an idea of the town of Lucca and the area near the school.

I do not own the song
A full week in Tuscany, Italy, summed up in 3 minutes! Tuscany is one of the most amazing regions in all of Italy. It's main city, Florence, is packed with history, art and culture. The food, the atmosphere - all incredible. We spent 2 days roaming around the city of Florence with a rental bike - we visited the duomo, the Palazzo Pitti, the Baboli Garden, the Uffizi Gallery... and watched the sunset over piazza Michelangelo (which is not to miss!) Our day tour in San Gimignano, Siena and wine tasting in Chianti were sweet taste of the countryside part of Tuscany. The last 3 days we spent in Pisa. We spent a day in Lucca - a very traditional, fortified, little town with amazing views. We gave a little visit to Livorno to watch the sunset, and the food is incredible! A pure taste of the ocean. A 2 hour drive from Pisa, Cinque Terre - 5 little towns connected to each other via train - a busy touristic spot, most beautiful of all - Manarola, the views are unbelievable. Last but not least, Pisa - nothing to see much except for the tower and the church beside it, but still, you gotta see, lean and take the photo!

Lucca, Italy 2018
Lucca, Italy is a wonderful town that Kathy and I visited in September of 2018. At that time, it was not completely over run by mobs of tourists like Verona, Venice, Sienna, Florence, and Rome were. Its piazzas were a delight, and its architectural treasures were well worth visiting.

BEST Experience: Cooking Class in Tuscany | Chef Ryan
While we were in Tuscany, we did a cooking course with Chef Ryan. Ryan is an American who has lived in Tuscany for many years with his Italian wife, and he really knows the ins and outs of the italian kitchen. We were so impressed by how much we got out of the course, and we really learned a lot!
The course took place in Ryan's own private kitchen, where we cooked inside his house and afterwards ate the food outside in the garden, overlooking the stunning Tuscan landscape. We made our own pasta, learned how to properly salt and cook a steak, made our own gelato (Italian ice cream) and so many other things. It was so much fun for both Morten and I.
It was just us, and one other couple, so we had a lot of time to ask Ryan all the questions we might have. I would definitely recommend checking out his cooking course if you're in the area! :)
