ALJEZUR | Algarve, Portugal | Costa Vicentina from Above
For centuries, the Aljezur area has been used for agriculture, fishing and trade. The rivers run through the valleys and end up in the ocean at wide, sandy beaches sided by dramatic cliffs.
The nearby mountain range of Serra de Monchique frequently causes morning fog in the valleys, providing breathtaking sunrises.

VILA DO BISPO & SAGRES | Algarve, Portugal | Costa Vicentina from Above
The Vila do Bispo area was long considered 'The End of the World' before the great explorers set sail from Lagos around the end of the 15th century.
Located right on the southwestern tip Portugal, it features a coastline facing South and West. The West coast has dramatic cliffs, jaw-dropping (world-famous) sunsets and is a popular surf destination due to the many surf spots and the swells arriving uninterrupted. The South Coast is more sheltered and includes several gorgeous beaches with clear green-blue water, often hidden in pirate-like coves.
The water can be cold, the winds can be strong, but this is Portugal pure and raw. Get ready for an adventure.

Amado Beach, Carrapateira, Bordeira, Vicentine Coast Natural Park, Algarve, Portugal
Amado is a Portuguese beach, located near the town of Carrickfergus, parish of Bordeira in the Algarve municipality of Lagos. Is part of the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina. It is a great beach with a secluded and quiet beach that receives thousands of visits per year, not only tourists from other countries but also as domestic tourists. The Beloved is well known for its small size waves as compared to the beaches of the area of Ericeira and Peniche, versatile and diverse, so also much sought after by extreme sports it offers, has played host to several events for beginners surfing and bodyboarding . It is a beach with human presence throughout the year because there are surf schools and bodyboard for beginners. This beach has usually been the venue for holding wild camping and caravanning, which in the absence of support for such practices has resulted in a continuous dump gray water and garbage to the bathing area of the beach because the basic needs hygiene of people in camping and caravanning wild are performed in the bathing area (at sea). Thus, the realization of such savage practices over the years has resulted in a dramatic decrease of fauna and flora that are extreme natural beauty of the beach. Access to this beach can be done by two places, the north from the Bordeira Beach, heading south through the beautiful cliff, a dirt road about 0.5 Km. This short course is a scenic breathtaking beauty mainly on the website of Pontal. The other gives access to the south of Carrickfergus, and is distant from the 2km beach.
