???? ABOUT ME ????
Hi! I'm Michelle Elman and I make videos every Monday and Thursday. My videos are usually on the topic of body positivity, self-love, self-esteem and all that other good stuff to help you love your body and love your life just as much!
I'm a Body Confidence Coach and I use my knowledge as a life coach and all the work that got me accredited by 5 boards to help you all live your best life. I'm also a writer and the creator of Scarred Not Scared. I mainly use Instagram as my outlet for these posts. I started the campaign after sharing the story of me having 15 surgeries, a brain tumour, a punctured intestine, an obstructed bowel, a cyst in my brain and a condition called Hydrocephalus.I wanted to start a conversation about scars and show that body positivity isn't just about weight.
Since launching Scarred Not Scared in 2015, it has been in over 400 publications including the Today Show, People, The Daily Mail, The Independent, Cosmoplitan, Fox News, Huffington Post, Metro leading to it going viral multiple times and opening up opportunities to talk about this on TV and radio, including Sky News, Channel 5 News, BBC Radio London.
I want to keep growing this conversation and increase the awareness about issues like this and that's how this Youtube channel was born! Make sure you hit subscribe, and stick around for some more body positive love xxxx

Restless Year : the Restless Year : A year in the life of the Cotswolds BBC 1996
a Remarkable television programme made by the BBC .
A portrait of the changing year in the Cotswolds, using revolutionary timelapse photography to show the rhythms and cycles of nature.
This is a remarkable film. However , you may find the authenticity is better in this post which i did in October 2011.
here is the link:
This post is the second half of the Restless Year, and I had the time then to really get a good quality upload done. You may find it best to switch to the above link at about the 16 min mark! It's a really lovely film , a reminder of how recently life was so much more natural (only 1995), and the quality's better than in this post.

St Marys' Bells Tetbury
Excerpt taken from around 90 minuets in.
Wyck Rissington, Westcote, Idbury & Eastleach Martin Bells
Ringing at a few 3s and 4s over two separate days (Eastleach Martin 8/8/14, others 24/5/14) in Gloucestershire (except Idbury which are in Oxfordshire.)
Wyck Rissington: A very nice 4, rehung by Whites of Appleton in 2014 when they were also tuned at Whitechapel.
Westcote: A rarely-rung 3 tuned as the front 3 of a 5, which went reasonably well, but didn't sound particularly good; although not brought out on the video, the 2 was one of the worst sounding bells I have ever heard, hence Aaron's amusement!!
Idbury: Just over the Oxfordshire border from Westcote, another rarely-rung ground-floor 3 with some idiosyncratic tuning; the front 2 went well but the tenor went like the side of a house!! John also grabs the piano...
Eastleach Martin: Filmed on a separate day to the others, these were a reasonable 3 in a beautiful secluded location. The church is in the Churches Conservation Trust, and is but a few metres from the church at Eastleach Turville (with a chime of 2.) The 3 bells are tuned as 1, 3, 5 of a 6 and the ropes fall anti clockwise. They go reasonably and sound nice, although they are very quiet inside.
