The Cotswolds Country Walk Chipping Campden Dover's Hill Broadway Tower Broadway round
Our video is a guided walk in the Cotswolds from Chipping Campden. We walk up to Dover's Hill then on to Broadway Tower via The Mile Drive. After visiting the tower we make our way down to Broadway and had a look round before we continued on our way back to Dover's Hill then retraced our steps back to Chipping Campden. This is an easy to moderate walk, using some of the Cotswold Way, on paths and tracks along lanes and through fields. There are a number of gates and stiles and some inclines and declines. Elevation: approx lowest point 87.40m (286.75ft) approx highest point 312m (1023.62ft). Approx 11.7 miles allow 4¾ hours using OS Explorer Map OL45, The Cotswolds. Allow extra time to visit the tower. Start point: The High Street, Chipping Campden. For more info and facilities please see our website.

The Cotswolds
The castles, country houses, cricket pitches, pub beer gardens and imposing churches of the Cotswold Lanes sometimes leave the impression that you're pedalling through a storybook. The Cotswolds is only 25 miles by 90, but it's designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and it's easy to see why. The picturesque villages, with delightful names like Aston Magna and Stretton on Fosse, somehow seem to merge perfectly with the landscape of gently rolling hills, big skies, open fields and tree-lined brooks. An ideal destination for mountain biking holidays.

Cotswolds – Sunday
23.5 miles with a few climbs – two long ones at the end of the ride. The 'trough' you see to the left just as we enter Chipping Camden is a wagon wash down. The little village at around 15 minutes with tight lanes was Blockley. We finished the ride back into Moreton in Marsh with a nice descent from Batsford Park and it's here you can see the advantage of 'the tuck'.
A big thanks to Frank for organising the weekend and route planning all three rides.

The Cotswolds
I've just come back from the Cotswolds so just wanted to share a bit of what I've seen ;)
In the heart of England is a rural idyll of peaceful rolling hills where life is unhurried and traditions abound. Footpaths cross scenic fields and valleys leading to rivers, canals, woods and civilized pubs. This is Cotswolds, an area of limestone hills in the English countryside west of London, between Bath and Straford-on-Avon

Handpicked quality accommodation
We know and deal with all the accommodation providers in person and consider them friends rather than business partners. We visit each one and only select those that will enhance our company's reputation as we realise the importance of good accommodation to the enjoyment of your holiday.
Detailed and up to date route notes
To help you get the most of your trip, we provide you with detailed route notes and maps which have been combined into a handy A5 size booklet. Unlike our competitors, especially those that operate outside of the area, we re-walk the routes every few months to ensure we have the most up to date information for our clients. We mark out the mileage so you know exactly how far you have to go and provide photos for any locations that might cause confusion. We also provide history notes on the area easy to follow directions to and from your accommodation and recommendations on pubs and restaurants for your evening meal.
