Now into the deep, dark reaches of Patagonia on the Chilean side, I stumbled across a hidden gem in the name of Coyhaique. This little community is the southernmost city in Chile and my final main stop during my travels through Chile. After Coyhaique Chile I will head to Chile Chico and cross over into Argentina to continue farther south. Planning my travels through Chile I saw Coyhaique and it seemed like a great place to split up my travels to the south of the country before crossing the border and similar to the rest of Chile, I was gifted another pleasant surprise.
Coyhaique Chile:
The city of Coyhaique is barely a city but more a quite, organized, clean mountain town surrounded and encompassed by beautiful nature. In this little video, I take some shots of southern Chile, Coyhaique and the green nature that surrounds it.

Después de estar en la Junta decidí seguir viajando hacia el sur y llegue a un lugar llamado Coyhaique que es un lugar mas grande por lo que me contaron.
La verdad sigo impresionado de lo bonito que es el paisaje por la carretera austral, nunca imagine que seria tan bonito, si ahora en invierno lo encuentro bonito, no me imagino en verano.
Y si, el audio de mi cámara ya no funciona entonces tengo que grabar el audio por separado.

Coihaque é uma cidade e comuna do Chile. A cidade de Coihaique é a capital da comuna, bem como da província de Coihaique e da região de Aisén (XI Region).
A comuna ocupa uma superfície de 7.290,2 km², e possui 50.041 habitantes. A comuna limita-se: a norte com Lago Verde; a oeste com o Aisén; a leste com a Argentina; e a sul com Río Ibáñes.
Segundo a Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS), é a cidade mais poluída da América Latina em função da queima de lenha no inverno.

Viajando Coyhaique para o sul do Chile, sem muita coisa planejada fomos visitando alguns lugares da cidade que foi a nosso alcance. O lugar é maravilhoso onde vocês podem encontrar lindas montanhas que mais parecem um paredão vertical na sua frente, varios biomas dependendo da latitude e altitude que se vá onde vai murando a vegetação e a geografia rochas e etc... Um lugar que aconselho a vocês visitarem.

COYHAIQUE, CHILE
Coyhaique (Spanish pronunciation: [koiˈaike]), also spelled Coihaique in Patagonia, is the capital city of both the Coyhaique Province and the Aysén Region of Chile. Founded by settlers in 1929, it is a young city. Until the twentieth century, Chile showed little interest in exploiting the remote Aisén region. The Carretera Austral road opened in the 1980s. The Carretera Austral (CH-7), formerly known as Carretera General Augusto Pinochet,[1][2] is the name given to Chile's Route 7. It runs for 1240 km from Puerto Montt in the north to Villa O'Higgins in the south. Some call it the road after the end of the road, because it is not officially part of the Panamerican Highway that ends on the island of Chiloe Island. Construction of the road started in the 1970s and is still going on. It passes through very beautiful and sparsely populated parts of Chile. Landscapes vary from forests and fjords to spectacular mountains, glaciers and volcanoes.
