The Best of West Ireland: Dingle, Galway, and the Aran Islands
Rick Steves' Europe Travel Guide | Deepest Ireland is best experienced on its Gaelic-speaking west coast, where the rugged villages have changed little over the generations. After exploring the remote Aran Islands, we visit Galway, chase a friendly dolphin, and delve into the scenic Dingle Peninsula. Ringing with music from its rustic pubs and dotted with prehistoric forts, this region is something special. If you're to fall in love with Ireland, chances are it'll be right here. © 2002 Rick Steves' Europe

Ireland Nightlife-Pubs, Pubs, and More Pubs! (11 Live Performances in 5 Irish Cities)
I guess you can call this the epic pub crawl-we visited several Irish pubs in five Irish cities-Dublin, Kilkenny, Killarney, Cork, and Galway. I filmed 11 live performances overall. While some pub performers play famous cover songs, many of them play traditional Irish music, which is my favorite. I hope you had fun watching and cheers, or as they say in Ireland-Sláinte!

Ireland: The World's Greatest Country? | Brand Irish | TRACKS
If you think you know the Irish, then think again. For a tiny island, the impact of the Irish around the world is huge. With a diaspora of 75 million, the Irish brand has become a very real and tangible resource.
The film takes a look at some of the elements that have contributed to the brand: the effect of mass emigration, the contribution to global culture, sport and business, the role of the Irish language, the drive for political leadership, a deep love of food, drink and great craic, and a deep commitment to social justice.
Brand Irish is shot in Ireland, the UK, Australia, China, Vietnam, Spain and the USA. Contributors include: Dara O'Briain, Cecelia Ahern, Sharon Corr, Malachy McCourt, Dr Louis de Paor, Professor Liam Kennedy, Dr Tim O'Connor, the Mayor of Seattle and the President of Ireland to name but a few.

This is Galway
One of the great things about working for This is Galway is you very quickly learn that Galway is full of extremely creative and talented people all trying to make something happen.
The second thing you very quickly learn is that Galway isn’t the easiest of places to do this, due to costs, venues and a host of other boring roadblocks.
That’s what makes my first point all the more impressive though, all these people know how hard it is to make a living here, but they stay here because like us we’ve all fallen in love with Galway, it’s history it’s people & it’s potential. The potential is what this page is about, bringing the community of creatives in Galway together to help each other out and with that in mind we asked one such talented Galway head, John from Bulabosca Films to do us a bit of a promo to get Galway out there and more than that because all of us need a reminder sometimes of how lucky we are to live here.
So take 4 minutes out of your day, sit back & enjoy…
2003-2004 Ireland: Always Galway!!
Galway (Ireland 2003-2004)
The Craic Was Had In Galway OFFICIAL AUDIO STREAM
Paddy is currently residing in Milton, Massachusetts and is available for gigs and functions all across the South Shore of Massachusetts.
Paddy has played many gigs in the pubs of the Boston area and most often brings a crowd that is always up for a good time!!
He has sang with the Celtic Tenors in Galway, and most recently featured in The Irish Emigrant, and played for former Mayor of Boston and Ambassador to the Holy See, Ray Flynn.
About:
Originally born in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to Galway, Ireland at the ripe age of five, Paddy has been a music fan for as far back as he can remember.
Growing up in Galway, Irish music was not top a top priority for Paddy. In actual fact, he hated it. When he was a child he'd dread the thought of having to listen to Irish music, until something clicked with Paddy; Irish history.
When Paddy was attending St. Mary's College in Galway, he learned Irish history which gave way to the context of the songs and made him realize that the songs were a culturally significant part of Ireland.
Today he sings Irish folk music because he wants everybody to learn about Ireland through Irish song: singing the songs keeps the story of those songs alive, which in turn keeps Irish culture alive and that is very important to me Paddy said.

Ceol & Craic in Roscommon, Ireland
Roscommon has always known how to carry a tune. It's no coincidence that Roscommon is the birthplace of Percy French, Matt Molloy of The Chieftains, legendary bodhrán player Frank McGann and the burial place of harpist Turlough O'Carolan.
