String time on the Prairies!
Virtuoso violinist Marc Djokic continues Mécénat Musica's celebration of Canada’s 150th travelling to the prairie province of Saskatchewan, Land of the Living Skies! First on a river cruise on the South Saskatchewan River, Marc winds past Saskatoon’s many bridges and landmarks. Then he steps back in time at the Western Development Museum, where the province’s story is told from the beginning of settlement to present. Marc’s final destination is to Cranberry Flats Conservation Area, south of Saskatoon, known for its birdwatching, sandy beaches and hiking trails.
