Creation Theatre's Rocky style training video for 1 in 4 legged race
This Saturday, 8 October 2011, Creation Theatre will enter a team in the 1 in 4 legged race across Oxford United's Kassam Stadium to help raise awareness of World Mental Health Day. However at Creation Theatre Company we like to do things a little... differently. So we have drafted in an old friend and familiar friend to help us with our training.

ELECTRICITY IN MOTION | MOTIONHOUSE | CANVAS PRESENTS
Canvas has much more art here:
Inspired by the incredible role of electricity in the human body, Charge is the electrifying new dance-circus show from the internationally-acclaimed touring company, Motionhouse. A multi-media journey through the electrical charge that sparks human life, to the beating of our hearts and the memories we make, six performers use dance and acrobatics to delve deep into the human body and tell the amazing story of energy in our lives. Digital projections create a magical world on stage where dancers and images interact seamlessly, bringing to life entertaining and emotional stories of energy in our own bodies. In an exciting fusion of art and science, Motionhouse has worked with partners from the University of Oxford on the role of electricity in the human body to inspire the show.
In this film, we see extracts from the production as well as an interview with director and creator of Charge, Kevin Finnan MBE. This is the third element of his 'Earth Trilogy'. Filmed at Warwick Arts Centre, this the world premiere performance which kicks off an extensive tour across the UK and Europe.

A Midsummer Night's Dream- Creation Theatre
Starting in a secret Clapham location, team up to navigate your way through the misunderstandings and mishaps of Shakespeare’s finest comedy. Follow the trails and deliver the wedding invitations, picking up clues and characters along the way. But most importantly, watch out for the scheming fairies… It’s Midsummer Night’s Dream like you’ve never seen it before.
Following a sold-out run in Oxford last year, Creation Theatre bring their anarchic treasure hunt of a show to Omnibus this June.
