BORACAY ISLAND - DAY 2 | PUKA BEACH | CROCODILE ISLAND | ARIEL''S POINT
We went on an Island Hopping Adventure worth ₱8,100 for 12pax. We went to Puka Beach, Crocodile Island (Snorkeling), Ariel's Point (Cliff Diving) and a barbecue buffet / kawa (cauldron) bath at Parameter restaurant.
Puka Beach was commendable but the rest of the stops, as well as the lunch buffet were meh. There were also hidden charges like the ₱400 registration fee and ₱40 snorkeling fee.
We enjoyed the activity but were not as overwhelmed as we wanted to be.

Snorkeling in Crocodile Island, Boracay
Crocodile Island which is about 20 minutes sailing time from the white beach looks like a crocodile head from afar. The island is uninhabited and the water around the island is crystal clear, turquoise in color, and shallow. View spectacular corals at depths of only 2 meters (6 feet). Don’t miss the mesmerizing beauty of Crocodile Island.
Crocodile Island, Boracay Island, Philippines
From a distance, this small uninhabited island looks like the head of a crocodile. Currents can be fierce except at slack tide, which makes for a beautiful collection of corals. It is a gently sloping wall with several canyons and caves containing a wide diversity of fish.
Crocodile Island | Santa Ana, Cagayan | Philippines | We.Are.Wanderful
MAY 25, 2016—Crocodile Island was our last stop during our island hopping tour in Santa Ana, Cagayan. Earlier we visited places of interest in Palaui, Island and then had lunch and some beach fun time at Anguib Beach, touted as the Boracay of the North. Our late afternoon visit in Crocodile Island is ideal as the island is bare so we would have been exposed to the scorching heat of the sun if we went earlier. The cool breeze and the approaching sunset actually made our visit pleasant.
By the way, no worries there are no crocodiles on this island. The island got its name because from a distance the island itself somewhat resembles the outline of a huge crocodile.
This is a short slideshow video presentation of our photos at the CROCODILE ISLAND in Santa Ana, Cagayan. Enjoy watching.
