It is a building built between 1800-1801 and had originally the role of military barracks. It has a unique, cross shape, made of stone and brick, with massive walls. After the liberation of Bulgaria, the building was used as the headquarters for the Law-Court. In 1965 the building was restored and inside it was arranged the Ethnographic Museum of Vidin.
