Croxteth Park Farm Liverpool
Croxteth Park Farm is a traditional working Victorian Farm set within the grounds of Croxteth Hall and Country Park.
Uniquely located for both local and regionally-based visitors, the Farm is situated only 2 miles from the region’s M57 Motorway that connects with the M62 and M58 to put some 5 million people within a 45 minutes drive of the Farm.
Filmed using the FILMIC PRO App, EXOLENS Wide Angle Lens, DJI OSMO Mobile 2 on an iPhone 7.

Victorian Christmas at Croxteth Hall and Country Park, Liverpool
School living history education programme based at Croxteth Hall. This successful programme has run for more than 25 years, bringing history to life for children from all over the North West. The concept is that the Earl of Sefton (one of the major landowners in South Lancashire) has taken on new staff to work for him for the Christmas season. Each group of 'servants' has to learn tasks specific to their role - imparted through strict discipline, combined with an understanding of 'knowing one's place' in the social hierarchy, both above and below stairs.

Home Farm - Croxteth Park
Croxteth Home Farm is a rare breeds survival trust centre. The park is at the heart of what was once a great country estate stretching hundreds of square miles and was the ancestral home of the Molyneux family, the Earls of Sefton.
After the death of the last Earl it was given to the City of Liverpool
Croxteth Park Miniature Railway - Liverpool (12th July 2009)
A rather grainy old bit of footage that I recently discovered. This video shows Croxteth Park's miniature railway during its short lived re-opening.
Filmed in 2009 with my very first Kodak M883 camera, we take a short round trip behind the petrol hydrostatic 'Mardyke Osprey' HST powercar built in 1983, the Dukes Of Hazard horn was easily the best part about it!
The 1982 Deltic outline 'Mardyke Merlin' can also be seen on standby in the loop, and came out to play later in the day.
As far as I am aware this is the only video footage of the railway before its closure later the same year, before the local braindead took it upon themselves to vandalise what remained for the second time around.
Also, don't get excited, this isn't my return to YouTube.

Croxteth Hall Community Action Group
Croxteth Hall is a vital part of our community and it is essential that Liverpool Council begin the process of finding new owners.
The Estate is currently losing over £1m per year, diverting much needs from an already overstretched council budget. It is clear that the council no longer have the will or the resources to prevent this stunning building from falling further into disrepair.
Opportunities for the local community are being lost due the current status of the Estate and the uncertainty surrounding its future.
The community do not want to see another Stonebridge Cross, a development that has still not been completed and has not provided the associated benefits that where originally promised.
We want to see the Hall put to better use, to be made into a beacon for the area and Liverpool, with access for the local community, the creation of jobs and much needed investment.
