Overland20 - Trailer puntata 7

(Reporter: But you can confirm it was not a suicide attack?)
It was not a suicide attack.
(Reporter: And is there any indication that this was a targeted attack?)
Based upon, you know, there's that one vehicle, and no other vehicles... if you look, no other vehicles around the area were damaged. We've got a lot of blown out glass in some of the houses, no indication of any Iraqi casualties so compared to what we've had in the last couple of suicide bombs around this area, this was a relatively small blast so it's purely speculation but I'd say yeh, it was a targeted attack.

16. Burnt out car, puddle, fire engine, soldiers
STORYLINE:
An explosion destroyed an armoured civilian car near an entrance to the headquarters of the U.S.-led coalition in central Baghdad on Monday.
The US military said four people died, and an Iraqi policeman said they were foreigners.
The British Foreign Office has announced that two British civilians were among the dead, in what they called a rocket grenade attack.
In the blast, American soldiers tried to pull the men from the vehicle and quickly sealed off the area.
The blast took place near Assassins Gate, one of the main entrances to the Green Zone.
US Army Colonel John Murray said the explosion occurred at around 2 p.m. and that the military was trying to identify the nationalities of the victims.
He said there was no indication of any Iraqi deaths.
The US military confirmed four deaths, and Murray said an American medical unit was treating two injured people.
He said an investigation team was on the way but it appeared that it was not a suicide bombing and that it was a deliberate targeted attack on the vehicle.
Mohammed Naem, a noncommissioned police officer who saw the car explode, said the vehicle was a bulletproof Toyota Land Cruiser that was on its way to the convention centre in the Green Zone.
Taxi driver Mohammed Saleh said he heard shooting after the explosion, which shattered glass in buildings in the area.
About an hour after the 2 p.m. blast, a rocket or mortar round landed in the Green Zone, which houses the coalition headquarters, the coalition press office said.
There were no reports of casualties or damage.
Then, at 4 p.m., several more blasts were heard in central Baghdad.
Witnesses said a mortar shell had landed in the city's Karrada district.
It was unclear if there were casualties.

Falling: a video montage
This is a video of Annekoos falling down on a bit of a sandy part of a hill overlooking Freetown, Sierra Leone. This is the hill we tried (unsuccessfully) to drive up with the Land Cruiser. Anna is probably not going to be happy with this. I, on the other hand, am content with taking pleasure in the misfortune of others. Please enjoy responsibly.
