St. Kitts Palm Court Gardens Carnival Cruise
Palm Court Gardens in St. Kitts is a hidden gem. We received transportation to and from, and admission to this resort with beautiful infinity pool. On the way back to port we were given a short tour around the island as well. Free wifi was available. There was a bar and restaurant available. Gardens, shell works shop, playground, and viewing platform. We recommend Palm Court Gardens.

Sunset Cafe - Casual restaurant and bar with open-air seating under white-wood ceiling and pink-and-turquoise canopies. A continental breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Lunch choices include sandwiches, tuna and chips, burgers, and West Indian dishes such as curried chicken, fish pot, and roti. Dinner selections include fish soup, fish cakes, steak, pasta pork almondine, grilled fish, barbecue ribs, and jerk chicken. Nearby Things to Do
A water sports center on the beach adjacent to the hotel rents snorkeling gear, small sailboats, windsurfers, boogie boards, and kayaks. Guests may also arrange fishing and snorkeling trips through the water sports center. Across the street from the property, the 18-hole Royal St. Kitts Golf Course is flanked by both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. Hotel staff can assist with arranging tee times.

Brimstone Hill, a 38-acre reserve 11 miles from the hotel, contains the ruins of an early 18th-century fort built by British colonizers to protect their slave and sugar industries. Expensive. This is a private club for the wealthy of Santa Barbara and guests of the Four Seasons across the road.
A bar, individual tables on patios over the beach, conference rooms with long table service.
They do not accept cash. Credit card only. With an 18% service charge added to all bills.
Staff and servers extremely attentive.
Gourmet dishes. All cuisines. Including vegan and gluten free.
Invited there as a consultant, I talked of foreign enterprise throughout the lunch. No camera and tripod. No recording of the presentations.
After lunch, the Board of Directors closed the conference room for their discussion.
I recorded the beauty and luxury of the Four Seasons and the Tydes with a cellphone as the directors talked business.
I could never afford to visit the Four Seasons or the Tydes.

We traveled to China to gather inspiration for our upcoming menu and we came across this upscale restaurant located inside a corporate business park. Everything on the menu was absolutely sensational, and with this particular dish, Drunken Prawns where they take live shrimp, add Chinese Mao Tao liquor and light it up to cook the shrimp, doesn't get any fresher, we get it.
