Team Time Trial Preparation With BMC Racing Team | Vuelta a España 2017

BMC Racing Team have been busy doing a recce of the first stage of the Vuelta a España, a 13.7km team time trial in the French city of Nîmes. We get in on the action to follow some of their training in preparation for the final Grand Tour of the season.

This is my Versailles Palace vlog of the Fat Tire Versailles Full-Day Bike Tour with Picnic! I hope you enjoy the ride! If you are looking for a Versailles tour with a unique spin, I would 100% recommend.

Upon arrival in the town of Versailles, we rode to the famous city market to shop for our picnic supplies. We bought meat, cheese, bead, hummus, French pastries, fresh raspberries... all the essentials!

We then cruised through the Château's enormous grounds along a network of fantastic trails and tree-lined paths, pausing along the way to share the rich history of the palace and French monarchy. I loved learning more about Marie Antoinette and the scandalous French monarchy!

Next we had our picnic at the end of the Grand Canal. Life doesn't get much better than this!

After lunch, we continued through the grounds to visit Marie Antoinette's Hamlet and the Petit Trianon. Finally, our bike tour offered us skip-the-line access to the Château to avoid the tremendously long lines. You see the room where Marie Antoinette’s guards were killed as they protected her from the mob at the beginning of the Revolution. You walk through the breathtaking Hall of Mirrors where King Louis greeted guests, and centuries later the Treaty of Versailles was signed to end World War I.

By using the bike you explore exponentially more of the 2,000+ acres of royal property than you would ever be able to see on your own.

This amazing Palace of Versailles tour is a wonderful day trip from Paris. If you are looking for a unique way to visit Versailles Palace or just want to avoid that feeling of frustration that you barely covered the palace of Versailles garden then I definitely recommend this tour to you!

London Sightseeing Bus - Europe Travel Vlog Day 33

Day 33 of our 5 week road trip around Europe. It wouldn't be a proper trip to England without seeing the sights of London. We did a tour of the city using The Original London Tour hop on hop off bus. We went to Buckingham Palace for the changing of the guards and walked through the city to Covent Garden where it began to snow.
