Normandy, D-Day Tour
A tour I have always wanted to do became a reality with a very generous and thoughtful gift from my Daughter and Son-in-Law. We had a private tour guide which was incredible, and we saw sights that we would have missed, if we had planned the trip on our own. Hope you enjoy!
Back to Sainte Mere Eglise: A Band of Brothers D-Day experience
On D-Day, Easy Company veteran Earl McClung parachuted into France and found himself with two men dead at his feet in mere minutes. This is his story, in his words, of that chaotic night and the insanity of the following days.

Band Of Brothers - 73th Anniversary of D-Day in Normandy
Little video about my trip to Normandy for the 73th anniversary of D-DAY. I was lucky to meet some Veterans, American soldiers, walking on Utah beach, going onboard the plane used in the Band Of Brothers TV show (a real plane from Normandy landings) and visiting famous WWII places like Sainte-Mère-Eglise and Carentan. The most moving place was the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial that covers 172.5 acres and contains the graves of 9,387 of our military dead, most of whom lost their lives in the D-Day landings and ensuing operations. France will forever be grateful towards those brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the name of freedom. I thank my dad a lot for one of the best experiences I ever lived.

Hi, I am Eileen from Belgium, welcome to my channel! I started this channel some years ago, to make videos for friends and family. But I liked it so much that I started to make more and more videos. I got inspired by some of my favorite YouTube channels such as Travellight, Kara & Nate, The Way Away, Flying the Nest and the Bucketlist Family. I travel as much as possible in and outside of Europe. And I also accepted the challenge to visit all Belgian Municipalities.
