Dabhosa Waterfall is 18 km away from Jawhar. This waterfall is on Lendi River. The height of waterfall is 300 feet. Both the sides of waterfall are surrounded by straight mountains of height not less than 600 feet and are covered with medicinal plants.
Jawhar is a hill station located at an altitude of 518m. It is about 80 km from Nasik and 145 km away from Mumbai. Situated in newly formed Palghar district, Jawhar is known for its picturesque setting and a vibrant cultural heritage. It is also known as the 'Mahabaleshwar' of Thane district but now in Palghar district. It is one of the very few tribal regions of Maharashtra and is famous for its vibrant Warli paintings that are a characteristic landmark of this place.

Dabhosa Is a small village situated in Jawhar which is famous hill station in western ghats Palghar district of Maharashtra. Dabhosa waterfall is one of the most famous picnic and tourism spot in whole palghar it's around 2-3 hours away from major cities such as nashik and mumbai which makes it excellent spot for one day adventure and tourism. waterfall is having height of around 300 ft. So basically Dabhosa waterfall is one of kind waterfall in Maharashtra India. As the rain falls in monsoon We think best time to visit Jawhar is monsoon season there's also jawhar palace in main jawhar city, Jawhar palace history is very rich and interesting. other noteworthy place is shirpamal jawhar. As jawhar is a hillstation it's jawhar temperature stays low. Jawhar is very close from Nashik Mumbai and Gujrat so therefor one day trip to jawhar is possible from these close cities. if you're coming from nashik you'll get to see beautiful Jawhar trimbak ghat. and if you can't visit the place you can see jawhar images online and may plan your visit next season.
