After a quick nature walk through the lovely autumn colors of Mt Daisen, I shift to STREET FOOD in the countryside where the festival has loads of offerings including:

The Beauty of Mt Daisen, Tottori

My Daisen in Tottori is one of my favorite places to visit in Japan because — it’s just not as well know meaning it’s a paradise for those who want to see the real Japan. This is a lovely autumn scene of golden rice paddies ready for harvest and drying rice.

Mount Daisen Autumn Tunnel Walk

I'm on a nature walk through an autumn colored tunnel. Tottori prefecture has closed the roads to allow the public to walk through the tree tunnels. I lost the love signal at a clearing deeper in the forest.

Mt Fuji of West Japan: Daisen

I had a few minutes to give you a look at Mt Daisen, the Fuji of the west. I'm here filming for another show and thought I'd share the amazingly fast clouds which for a second showed the summit.

43 Florian auf Tour - Sakai - Daisen Park & Daisen Kofun

Eine der drei größten Enttäuschungen was berühmte Orte angeht. In so einer Liste landete das Hügelgrab des mythologischen Nintoku-Kaisers, dessen angebliches Hügelgrab sich in der südlich von Osaka gelegenen Stadt Sakai befindet und die weltweit größte Einzelgrabanlage darstellt.
Nur, dass man davon nicht allzu viel sieht, da das innere des Hügelgrabgeländes nicht betreten werden kann und das Ganze von außen nur wie ein begrünter Hügel aussieht. Daher kommt das meiste vom Videomaterial aus dem direkt daneben gelegenen Daisen-Park.
