Dam Dama Multan Fort
The Damdama is a massive block of a building constructed on a mound of earth fill. It is highest part of Fort Kohna Multan and it was used as watchtower / Gunnery. Walled inner old city Multan is higher than New Multan and fort is highest in inner walled city Multan so it is highest place in Multan. People come here and have photo shoots as tomb of Shah Rukn Alam comes in background.
Approach is easy as approach to Fort Kohna is easy.

THE CITY MULTAN
Multan the city of saints has been a center of learning, culture and civilization for centuries. It is one of the old cities of the world, its original name described by Hiuen Tsang, a Chinese traveler, who visited the city in October 641 A.D., was 'Mulo --san-pu-lu' which is believed to be a translation of 'Mulasthana-pura'. Al-Beruni, who came to South Asia in 1015 A.D. along with his Master Sultan Mahmud ghaznavi, writes about the town as 'Mulatana'. He visited Multan the same year and recorded that Multan was originally called 'Kasyapapura, then Hansapura, then Bhagapura, then sambapura and then Mulasthana. Sir Gen. Alexander Cunningham, after conducting excavation in the old Fort in 1853 A.D. and 1864 A.D., further ads to these names those of 'Prahladapura and Adysthana'. The first recorded event in the history is the invasion of the Alexander the Great in February 325 B.C.

It is all about Multan city of Pakistan. The Dam Dama is a massive block of a building constructed on a mound of earth fill. It is highest part of Fort Kohna Multan and it was used as watch tower / Gunnery. It all about Multan city which is said to be 5000 B.C. historic oldest living city and sister city of Rome. Rig Veda was written here, Alexander the great captured it, famous Chinese traveler Hieun Tsang visited here. Previously it was called City of Gold now called City of Saints. I have given all information regarding tourism to help tourists.
