Dandoba Hills is a very Narurefull place.its specially known for Tracking and Lord Shiva Temple.Dandoba Hills is 30 k.m. from Miraj. A big Festival is Mahashiv-Ratri and Shravan Somvaar. Which is famous festival of Lord Shiva's in Hindu Religion.

This forest preserve is rich in flora and fauna and also has a few historically significant ancient temples in its hills. The hills of this preserve are a popular location for trekking and long hikes. There is also an annual mini-marathon race held at Dandoba Hill Station, which is quite a popular event.

About Dandoba Hills Forest Preserve

Dandoba Hills Forest Preserve is an unexplored reserve forest area that is potentially rich in flora and fauna. There is a lot to be done in an around this hill forest. It has some of the most beautiful and historically significant ancient temples that can be explored when here. One of the most popular temple here is the Shiva temple that is visited by locals on every day basis. The hills here are ideal for long hikes and trekking in the areas surrounding the forest. At the Bhose Irrigation Lake, several water sports take place. So, when you visit the Dandoba Hills Forest Preserve, you must come with a swimming gear and head straight to the water park here.

Historical Context: Dandooba is believed to be mentioned in the Indian epic Ramayana as the 'Dandakaranya'.

अंदाजे ४० ते ४५ मिनिटे लागतात डोंगरावर विविध पशु पक्षींचे योग्यरीत्या पालन केले आहे .
पण इथे काही समाज कंटक येऊन कचरा टाकतात , प्रेमीयुगुल येऊन एकमेकांचे नावे लिहतात याना परत शाळेत घालून नसलेली अक्कल दिले पाहिजे
