We took to the streets of Danshui/Tamsui where you can find food, food & more food! It's a great atmosphere and I love seeing all the dogs there because they dress way cooler than me!

台北 | TAIPEI VLOG: Tamsui & Beitou
Made my way to Tamsui/Danshui today by Victoria's recommendation. If you're ever in Taiwan I definitely recommend you go as well ! :) You're gonna have the most amazing tasting squid balls. Then since I still had a lot of time left, I decided to go to the Beitou Hot Springs ! Unfortunately I didn't end up dipping into any of the hot springs myself, but it was still cool seeing them! Ended off the night with a walk around Shilin Night Market.

Eating Taiwan Tamsui Old Street Traditional Street Food Finger Food
Tamsui old street is located at North part of Taipei, at New Taipei City. It is at the end last stop of red MRT line, which is Tamsui Station.
Tamsui had many local delicacy, in this video we went there to eat their traditional street finger food. It is nice to buy and go, then sit at the bench at the riverside, eating the food while enjoying the sea view and the ocean breeze. It is one of the most popular outdoor spot among locals during weekend and public holidays.

Tamsui Old Street (淡水老街), Taiwan ( 臺灣/台灣)
Trip to Tamsui Old Street (淡水老街) and waterfront in Tamsui District (淡水區; formerly called Danshui District and also spelt Danshuei District and Tamshui Township) in New Taipei City, Taiwan (ROC) on March 26, 2014.

Located along the Tamsui (Danshui) River, this shopping area offers tourists a wide selection of restaurants, arcades and stores specializing in traditional handicrafts.
Tamsui (淡水, or Danshui, Danshuei, Tamshui) was the center of shipping and commerce in northern Taiwan in the 19th century. The city boasts many historical attractions and is a popular location for viewing the sun setting into the Taiwan Strait.

We took the MRT out of Taipei to DanShui, which is at the end of the red line. DanShui is a coastal city with a park and a boardwalk area featuring street food, cute shops, and game stalls along the waterfront. We highly recommend a meal at Yeh's Wonton Restaurant: 177 Chung Cheng Road (wenchou.com.tw)! You may also want to check out Danshui Church and Red Castle, which are legacies of European colonialism. TAMSUI OLD STREET//BALI TAIWAN TOUR//HOW TO GET THERE! (淡水, or Danshui, Danshuei,)
(淡水, or Danshui, Danshuei, Tamshui) Tamsui Old Street is a street in Tamsui District, New Taipei, Taiwan. The street is accessible within walking distance north west from Tamsui Station, Taipei Metro. You can use the MRT Red Line to reach Tamsui. It would take approximately 30 - 40 minutes ride from the Taipei Main Station.
Upon arriving, exit the station and turn right. You can also follow the crowd as most of the people will be heading towards Tamsui Old Street.
This is a place that a lot of people come to spend eating(feast of food again)walking and cycling around
A good place to enjoy the sea breeze and ocean views especially when there are clear skies for sunset.
We also enjoyed the amazing performance of the performers.
We had a great fun experience during our trip in Tamsui.
