Train Coaster (Including POV) - Dazaifu Yuenchi Japan

Train Coaster is a family roller coaster from Meisho which has operated at Dazaifu Yuenchi theme park in Japan since 1994. It looks ok initially, but you soon discover it has a couple of quite painful transitions that makes it a bit of a bruiser. Video includes off-ride footage and POV filmed in 2009.

HOW TO VISIT: DAZAIFU TENMANGU SHRINE 太宰府天満宮に行ってみよう！

A visit to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is a great day-trip if you're looking for a half-day excursion outside of Fukuoka City. Easily accessible by the Nishitetsu Train, the Dazaifu Area is a wonderful place to explore if you're looking to dive into ancient Japan and it's Shinto culture.

Among the hundreds of Tenmangu Shrines throughout Japan, Dazaifu's (大宰府天満宮, Dazaifu Tenmangū) is the most important one alongside Kyoto's Kitano Tenmangu. Tenmangu Shrines are dedicated to the spirit of Sugawara Michizane, a scholar and politician of the Heian Period. Because of his great learning, Michizane has been associated with Tenjin, a Shinto deity of education, and is popular among students.

Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, Fukuoka Japan　???? 大宰府天満宮 ???? Japan As It Truly Is

A look at one of Japan's most famous shrines, Dazaifu Tenmangu in Dazaifu City, Fukuoka during spring. Its history goes back to 905 AD, but its present form is from 1591. You will often see many students praying to pass their entrance exams, as well as a huge crush of people every New Year's Eve.

One of the most popular times to visit in late February to early March during plum blossom season, with 6000 plum trees.
