Dean Clough - Halifax, U.K.
Dean Clough in Halifax, Calderdale, West Yorkshire, England, is a group of large factory buildings built in the 1840s–60s for Crossley's Carpets, becoming one of the world's largest carpet factories (half a mile long with 1,250,000 square feet (116,000 m2) of floorspace). After years of declining production it closed in 1983, when it was bought by a consortium for various commercial and cultural uses. It is now seen as a leading example of successful urban regeneration.
UK: Protesters disturb May’s manifesto launch outside Dean Clough Mill in Halifax
Around hundred people picketed outside the Dean Clough Mill in Halifax on Thursday, as British Prime Minister Theresa May unveiled the Conservative manifesto for the 2017 elections in Halifax.
The protesters exhibited numerous placards denouncing the Tory party and May, while chanting anti-Tory songs at the gates of the mill. One protester expressed concern that May's manifesto would create an American health care system and we will be left with a welfare state.
May announced snap elections in the UK on April 18 in the wake of the Brexit referendum. Voting is scheduled to take place on June 8, 2017.

Clare & William at Dean Clough Mills
Clare and William’s wedding took place in The Arches at Dean Clough Mills.
The groom and his brothers got ready at their home in Halifax. A vintage camper van transported the groom and the groomsmen to the wedding venue. The bride and bridesmaids prepared in a different house a few miles away. After the ceremony, the couple had a photoshoot on the grounds of the venue and later at Shibden Park. Once back in Dean Clough, Sarah Potts Sax Player got the party started.

Exploring Abandoned Mill Halifax (Crackhead Comes)!!!!!
This is the first video of many, We went to an abandoned mill in Halifax at 10 to 11 at night and yeah it was spooky as hell.
A Bit Of Research:
The Mill was a steam-powered worsted mill built in 1825 and was said to be fire proof. This wasn't true as on Saturday 21st January 1905 there was a fire which caused damage estimated at £8,000. In 1827 Akroyd built the first Jacquard looms in Britain. This building is listed because it is the oldest and largest surviving example of a multi-storey, steam-powered, iron-framed textile mill in the important textile centre of Halifax, it is probably also the best preserved example for its date in Yorkshire. Obviously as it's a listed building it's in quite a state, holes litter the floors, especially the roof.
