DEEP COVE & QUARRY ROCK HIKE
Today we travelled to yet another beautiful spot; situated just a little bit outside Vancouver, to a place called Deep Cove.
Deep Cove is a perfect little bay town for those who want to have an adventure for a day or two and it's only 1h & 30 minutes away from the downtown Vancouver if you decide to go by public transport.
There are quite a few things that you can do whilst at Deep Cove, some of those are kayaking, boating, paddling, sunbathing, having a picnic, enjoy cold beer at one of the many restaurants/bars, have amazing ice cream and list goes on and on.
Deep Cove is mostly known for it's hike called Quarry Rock. The hike is about 2h return.. When you reach to the top - you're rewarded with a beautiful view and an opportunity to have a cheeky can of beer.
Overall, we had such a good time together, giggling, tripping over the rocks, trees, stones, roots....and finally having waited all day for our refreshing ice cream.

During my trip to Vancouver, my family and I decided to go sea kayaking at Deep Cove. The area was really pretty and it was cool to see seals pop there head out of the water. They would be super close to us!
