Enniskillen airshow 1991
The first ever WW2 airshow organised by myself on instructions of the then Lough Erne Aviation Trust museum commemorating the 50th anniversary of the sinking of the German battleship Bismarck discovered by a Catalina from this lake in N Ireland by American Navy Ensign Tuck Smith and RAF officer P.O Dennis Briggs. Tuck was actually at this airshow with his wife and the son of Dennis Briggs was also present. I must also thank the Civil Aviation Authority who were very helpful in ensuring a safe day for all concerned. It was hoped to establish a museum on the shore of Lough Erne and maybe recover one of the may scuttled Catalina's from the bottom of the lake but unfortunatly this never happened and the aircraft to this day remain deep below the surface and there is still no museum there. Maybe the Ulster Aviation museum will take up the reigns and at least investigate the lake further. My map with the locations of various wrecks is at their disposal

Vintage Television Commercials - 1980s - Part 1
This is a compilation of mostly national television ads that aired during the early and mid-1980s. They originate from off-the-air VHS recordings.
Some of these spots are masterpieces. They provide a glimpse into an era of TV broadcasting when the commercial breaks often were as interesting and well produced as the programs they interrupted.
