Vina Bujstine uz koncert Gustafa @ ATP Vegeta Croatia Open

Na 23. ATP Vegeta Croatia Openu predstavljena je novoosnovana udruga Vina Bujštine, udruga vinara koja trenutno okuplja 24 člana. Sjeverozapadna Istra iznimno je bogat i koncentriran kako vinski, tako i maslinarski kraj, zbog čega je i organizirana ova udruga. Najavljen je početak promotivnih aktivnosti poput izrade vodiča vina Bujštine te dodatno označavanje vinskih cesta sjeverozapadne Istre. Umaški turnir je zbog svog iznimno značajnog gourmet programa idealno mjesto gdje bi se javnosti predstavila takva udruga.

Gourmet Festival ove je večeri preuzeo kuhar poznate Taverne Pergola. Ova taverna smještena je u malom mjestu Zambratija između Umaga i Savudrije, a svojim posjetiteljima u predivnom domaćem ambijentu nudi bogatu ponudu domaćih specijaliteta od ribe i mesa. Osnivača vinarije Degrassi, čija je priča započela još 1996. godine, Morena Degrassia, neki nazivaju možda i najraznovrsnijim ponuđačem vina iz Istre. Dobitnik mnogih međunarodnih nagrada, uz bijela i crvena vina, te grappu, u svojoj ponudi uskoro će imati i Degrassi pjenušac.
Puni ritma, emocija i pozitivne energije, Gustafi su se i ove godine vratili na umašku ATP party nights pozornicu. Bend je nastao krajem 1980. u malom istarskom gradiću Vodnjanu iz amaterske scenske skupine sklone performansima. Prvi nastup je trebao biti i jedini, no i nakon 30 godina ne prestaju razveseljavati publiku diljem Hrvatske. Izdali su deset albuma i odradili 2.000 nastupa, a eksperimentalni punk rock iz svojih početaka zamijenili su utjecajima istarske etno glazbe.

On the 23rd Vegeta ATP Croatia Open a newly established association „Bujština wines was presented. This winemakers associations currently has 24 members. Northwestern Istria is extremely rich with high quality wine and olive oil, so this kind of association was a natural choice. Winemakers announced the start of promotional activities such as making wine guide Bujština and further highlighting of the wine roads of northwestern Istria. Umag tournament is extremely important because of its gourmet program, which makes it ideal place for such association to be unveiled.
Gourmet Festival was continued today by presentation of a renowed Istrian restaurant Taverna Pergola. Located in a small village Zambratija between Umag and Savudrija, it welcomes guests in a wonderful ambience. It offers a rich selection of local specialties of fish and meat.
Every dish served this evening was accompanied by Degrassi wines. The winery founder's story began in year 1996. and today Moreno Degrassi is known as the maker od the most diverse wines from Istria. He received many international awards, with white and red wines, grappa and his offer will soon be expanded with a Degrassi champagne.
Full of rhythm, emotion and positive energy, Gustafi have this year returned to the Umag ATP party nights scene. The band was formed in the late 1980's in the small towns of Vodnjan from amateur theater group. The first performance was to be the only one, but even after 30 years they don't cease to bring joy to audiences all over Croatia. They released ten albums and did more than 2000 appearances while experimental and punk rock from its origins were replaced by the Istrian folk music influences.
