Bafu FWC350 Flow Wrapper with inline feeder at Denmark chocolate factory
FWC350 high speed flow-pack machine with in-line feeder is applicable to automatic feeding and wrapping of small and medium sized products, like small confectionery, chocolate bar, cake, bread, biscuit, cookies. The machine will automatically arrange products into a single file before automatically feeding them into the wrapping section. The machine will wrap at 300-500 wraps per minute and will speed up and slow down to the speed of the production machines feeding it.
This is a fully automatic machine with print registration and date printer, auto reject device for misplaced chocolates. Machine can be supplied different configurations of cutting jaws for different sized products. The machine wraps in the flow-pack style.

Margaret River 2017
Wine, cheese, beer and chocolate tasting! The Margaret River region is a foodie's delight, free tastings as far as the eye can see. A gorgeous and lively little town with dozens of beaches to visit and friendly sting rays as well (Hamelin Bay).
I was totally and utterly in heaven here; and I can't lie, I needed to loosen my belt buckle by the end of our holiday but I loved every minute of it. To date there are 126 vineyards in the region so those winos out there (you know who you are) have a variety of options! There are many tour companies that operate around town, however we just drove ourselves and only visited one or two vineyards in the afternoon after hitting up the chocolate/cheese/nougat factories during the morning. Really loved our stay here and can't recommend it enough :) We visited late February/Early March and enjoyed warm days (28-34 degrees Celsius) and cooler evenings (18 degrees)

Mammoth Cave Western Australia - Travel with Kids
In todays video we finish of our Albany, Margaret River road trip with a visit to Mammoth Cave. The cave was so much larger then I expected, it just kept going and going.
Following the cave we visit some local food places including the Fudge Factory and Margaret River Chocolate Company.

BOC (Bhut Orange Copenhagen) Chilli Test
The BOC or Bhut Orange Copenhagen is from Denmark. I originally tried one, when I met up with the creators of it back in 2012 whilst I was in Denmark, and said would give one a go once grew them in Australia. We grew them last year, but they didn't go that good. This year they are going great and already podding up, so thought would have a go together with Dingo and Scott.
The story quickly again
Søren Friis Larsen, was growing 10 BIH Jolokia in 2011, one stood out and was Orange. Normally BIH Jolokia is red.
Søren saved the seeds from this orange BIH, because he thought the flavour was different than the usual BIH. It’s more orange / citrusy. The following years Søren hooked up with Bjarne, a horticulturalist in Denmark. they have spent some years stabilizing it.

The plants, c. chinense, get to 50- 75 cm tall in pots, bushy a great producer of pods, that go from a lightish green to a nice orange colour, they can vary in shape but usually around 5-6 cm long and 2-3 cm wide
What’s it Like?
How Hot is It?
Has an amazing flavour initially, sweet, citrusy/ fruity straight up, crisp and fresh not the usual bhut flavour that can be a bit bitter, can taste it all though the mouth, seems to radiate out and it stays the whole journey
Heat came on fairly Quick, hit the top of the tongue and Back of the Throat, Built and Built till Hot coal stage in the Back of the Throat and the Tongue, it Hurt when breathed or talked, went for Ages and even after the Break was still going, amazing heat and seems much hotter than the one tried in 2012
All Round Awesome, the Plants look Great, Pods Taste Amazing and Heat Excellent and Naga Hot Coal Level... Definitely One to Grow if Can.

Mount Lindesay (Map 8)
This video is about climbing Mount Lindesay, which is located near Denmark, in the Great Southern area of Western Australia.
Mt Lindesay is only 2km from the Munda Biddi Trail on Map 8, so many riders do visit it. It is a steep walk to the top, but this “island” of ecology contains some plant species found no where else in the world. If you have the energy, it is worth the detour.

My Mate Leigh from @DingoSauceCo in WA, Australia sent over his range of sauces for us to have a crack at and see what thought, thanks mate. Had Andrea and Ane from Denmark staying with us so asked if they’d like to join Charlotte & i in a test “yes” so here we try Dingo Sauce Company’s Super Hot Sriracha
The Dingo Sauce Co..
Our story begins with one Mr. Leigh Nash, originally from Margaret River and now resident in North Fremantle (Freo), Perth WA. A career chef for over 20 years, Leigh is in the advanced stages of chilli addiction - chillies consume his thoughts, occupy all his available garden space and feature heavily in his menus at work and at home.
Unsurprisingly, as is common with the chilli addict, he has a particular penchant for sock-ya-in-the-jaw-and-rip-yer-guts-out varieties of hot sauce. For many years now he's been playing with his own sauce recipes driven by a quest to create a blend with depth of flavour as well as heat. Inspired by and drawn to Asian cuisine he began experimenting with Sriracha, a variety of fermented chilli sauce perfected by the Thais but rarely done on a commercial scale here in Australia.
Growing his own super-hots in North Freo and sourcing the awesome range of varieties on offer from fellow WA growers, Leigh honed his sauce to the point where he felt he had something genuinely special. It was around about this time in early 2016 that Leighs wife reached the end of her tether. Driven to the brink of insanity by the endless chilli-centric endeavours that wholly consumed her husband she threw down the following challenge: 'if your bloody sauce is that bloody amazing then why don't you start your own bloody sauce company and be done with it!' (NOTE: technically the word 'bloody' featured nowhere in the actual statement made by said wife but we're trying to make this a 'G' rated story - you get the drift!).
Possibly affected by the noxious chilli vapours rising from the pot of sauce he was cooking at the time and undoubtedly galvanised by a desire to irritate his wife Leigh replied 'ok, I will' - and thus Dingo Sauce Co. was born.
At the end of the day Dingo Sauce Co. is a labour of love driven largely by an enduring passion for all things chilli and a firm belief in following a transparent process from pasture to plate. Of course our goal is to get bigger, to move from simply having a bit of fun cooking some hot sauce to being able to actually share what we believe is a really good product for others to enjoy. In doing that we are committed to keeping sight of what we feel makes us special - the fact that all our sauce is and will continue to be handmade by its creator with quality, local ingredients and a massive smattering of big, mad chilli love : )

Chillies 75% (mix of Scorpion and 7 Pot varieties)

What’s it Like?
How Hot is It?
Flavour wise: smells great and Hot, Velvety smooth and excellent consistency, its beautiful and can taste the fermentation of the chillies, a smokey flavour also seems to come through, you get a sweet/salty/tangy flavour. Deep and intense flavours, defo worth getting this
Heat wise: Hits pretty quick, and gets the back of the throat, then it builds and builds, definitely has some oomph, my throat was caning as was the tongue, the heat creeps forward till the whole mouth is going off, ITS HOT, with me the burn was still going after the break so it has a nice long intense burn
