N.J. cop tells men ‘I’m gonna knock you the f--- o
Atlantic City, NJ police Officer Glenn Anthony Abrams Jr. & Officer Jaques pulled over 22-year-old Antoine Jones and his passenger, 21-year-old Brian Wilson on Feb. 14, 2017.
It’s unclear why Jones and Wilson were pulled over. Officers Jaques and Abrams approached the passenger-side window and when Wilson began videotaping the encounter. Cop Jaques stuck his hand through the open window and grabbed Wilson’s phone. However, Jones continued to videotape the incident. Yelling at two young men during the traffic stop, telling them after they responded with “Yes, Sir to the first volley of threats if they “frog the f--- up” his 90-pound K-9 is going “to come out and rip the f--- out of you.” The video ends after Jones stopped recording when Jaques said they were under “lawful detention” and did not have the right to use their phones.
In the beginning of the video, Jaques tells the two men not to worry about videotaping him because his body camera is recording. However, the city said the video did not exist. According to state law, “a driver and/or passenger(s) may use a cell phone to record a stop as long as it does not interfere with following the officer’s instructions.”Jones and Wilson were then released without charges. #PoliceBrutality
