“The best Lobster in Falmouth”
Leon's Lobster is on the beach next to the Royalton White Sands Hotel. It is off property and some tourist will be intimidated to visit, but Leon knows how to grill a Lobster. Unbelievably good and completely rustic. Ask one of the locals to take you there. Yes, you will be invited into the local huts to shop, but while you are at Leon's they will leave you alone. Leave your pretensions behind, but count on a well cooked and seasoned lobster. Yum!

I was worried about booking the lobster dinner but we had met a crowd of another 2/3 couples / families and all booked together, we went to the beach and paid Leon $10 pp, we pay the further $20 when we arrive in the evening. (Kids 1/2 price)

I am not a fish or lobster lover so I only really went for my husband & friends but OMG! Leon has turned me into a lobster lover! I was pleasantly surprised, what a fuss they make over you, lighting candles and recalling Jamaican culture.

I must say that this is ind of the most memorable and amazing nights of my life.

You are escorted to and from the lobster hut and there is nothing to worry about.

Ask for Cornflakes, he took
all the bones out of my daughters fish and was so humble and accommodating. What a lovely chap!

Please go and experience, you will regret it if you don't!!!!

The hospitality from the staff was amazing. From the time me and my guests arrived to the resort until the time we left, the staff was very accommodating. We were welcomed with a drink and the staff came to us to check in instead if us having to go to the counter. We arrived early, so we went to the buffet until our room was ready. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful and kept clean.
Minuses:
When we first arrived, it felt that the air conditioning was not working in the room. After the first night, it started to work much better.

Pluses:
I liked the powdery white sand beach.
What I would have liked would have been to be entertained. As far as I could tell there was no information with regard to entertainment. There needed to be co-ordinated entainment. A steel band, some traditional dances. There was not much to do when you left the beach but to eat, eat and drink.
Minuses:
The breakfasts (did not try the dinners) at the Calypso restaurant were much better than that served in the buffet. The food in the buffet was just average. The Mexican restaurant served tiny portions of food, which was unremarkable. During my time at the hotel, I did not have a memorable meal. However, I will be generous as I suppose it is difficult catering for the masses.
