Diguisit Beach and Rock Formations | Baler, Aurora | Philippines | We.Are.Wanderful
MAY 22, 2016—We were on the afternoon of our day tour in Baler and we just came from Dicasalarin. On our way back to Baler town proper we made a quick stop at the Diguisit Beach and Rock Formations for some snacks and to take photos of the beautiful landscape. We had some great time doing trick photography and our mandatory jump shots at the beach, too.
This is a short slideshow video presentation of short visit at the DIGUISIT BEACH AND ROCK FORMATIONS in Baler, Aurora. Enjoy watching.

Dicovering Dicasalarin Cove | Baler, Aurora | Philippines | We.Are.Wanderful
MAY 22, 2016—Dicasalarin Cove is secluded beach cove privately owned by the Angara family in Baler, Aurora. It boasts of white sands and access to the Baler Lighthouse, which is technically a beacon and not a lighthouse. It is about 45 minutes away from Baler town proper by car/van.
A word of caution: The road from its entrance to the beach resort is very steep and narrow and it may be quite a challenge (and a scare) for novice drivers. Older and/or low-powered vehicles may have difficulty with it.
This is a short slideshow video presentation of video clips and some photos taken during our visit to Dicasalarin Cove. Enjoy watching.

Baler, Philippines
Baler is a great tourist destination and for two days we were able to explore some wonderful natural attractions. Sabang beach is a long stretch of sandy shoreline with soft and shallow ocean bed. It is a haven for surfers and an ideal place for those who want to learn to surf. Numerous surf shops are situated along the beach. We hiked up Ermita Hills in Mt. Dibudalan at Sitio Dicaloyungan, Barangay Zabali. From the top of the hill, we had seen the stunning view of Baler Bay, Dima-Dimangalat and Aniao Islets. We went to a small waterfalls called Diguisit Waterfalls and enjoyed a refreshing swim with friends. Crossing the Tibag-Sabang hanging bridge was breathtaking, with weathered planks of wood and fragile bamboo railings. Another wonderful sight to behold is the century old Balete tree which is located in the town of Maria Aurora. The tree has a huge opening and you can climb its huge branches but be careful not to fall. We made another trek to a bigger waterfalls called Ditumabo Mother Falls in the town of San Luis. It is one of the major attractions in Baler. It got its name Mother Falls since it is the biggest waterfalls in Aurora province. This magnificent falls has a height of 140 feet and creates a rain-like experience within the area because of the strong current of water flowing from the top. It truly is an awesome sight and a wonderful work of nature. During the trip we also had the chance to tour around Baler town and visit different historical landmarks within the town proper. We can say that food in Baler had a lot of interesting dining options to offer which will surely satisfy our cravings for good food. Last but not the least, we didn't forget to buy pasalubong and souvenirs to bring back home to our family and friends in Baguio City. There are several souvenir shops within the town you can choose from to buy quality souvenirs. Visit Baler, it's one of the best places to see in the Philippines! It is an experience for keeps.

Dylan at Diguisit Beach, Baler
Video was taken in January 5, 2017 at Diguisit Beach, Baler Aurora.
My family and in-laws are having a little picnic while the kids are enjoying the beach all forthemselves.
Diguisit beach is around 10 kilometers away from Museo de Baler.
This place is famous with the rock formations around the area. You can also visit the so-called Diguisit falls which requires you to climb for about 5 to 10 minutes to get the best view. Also, you can visit the Baler Lighthouse which is around 5mins drive from Diguisit Beach.
Enjoy!

Astonishing Beach and Islets of Diguisit, Baler | VLOG 45
Tourism plays an important role in the Philippine economy, with foreign visitor arrivals reaching an all-time high at 7.2 million in 2018, the world has finally recognized the Philippines as a must-visit destination in Asia. And there are more than enough reasons to believe so.
The Philippine archipelago comprises 7,641 islands, infinite islets and coves just waiting to be explored.
Meanwhile, not quite far from Manila is Aurora province that can be reached through a mountain pass. It is host to splendid geographic formations and witnessing the magnificent views won't cost you an arm and a leg. Take Diguisit Beach as an example: It is located in the historic town of Baler and for just $0.40 one can take delight in its coarse white sand,
crystal clear water, and rock formations that will leave you in awe with their splendor. The resort is equipped with nipa huts, flowing fresh water from the mountains and an infinity pool. Camping is also possible if you want to savor the luxury of silence and just gaze at the stars.
In a nutshell, anyone can enjoy the Philippines' exotic locations even if you are in a shoe string budget.

SABANG BEACH (BALER, PHILIPPINES)
Road trip to Baler - Amco Beach, Diguisit
The last stop of our grand vacation. The lovely cove of AMCO BEACH. With its insanely beautiful rock formation, coral sand and super clear cool waters that 's just absolutely full of life, this is my kind of BEACH. An adventurer's beach in my book. There werent many people around so it was quite peaceful and realizing. We got to enjoy the place more not being crowded. With only 30php entrance and 500 for a cottage, I would love to come back here and spend the night.

Cradle of Surfing in the Philippines - Sabang Beach Baler, Aurora | VLOG 46
In the late 1970's when the film APOCALYPSE NOW shot their scenes in Baler, little did the film-makers realize that they were dawning the Philippines' surfing culture. Edwin Namoro, as one of the oldest surfers in Baler was just 10 years old back then: Curious and amazed at the sight of the actors surfing(which was something he had never seen before). When the filming was over, surfboards were left behind on the shore so Edwin and his friends picked them up and taught themselves how to ride the waves and the rest is history. That moment entirely changed the course of their lives and the whole country as well.

Baler’s long coastline offers a number of surfing venues in the area. It is available for all types of surfers, whether you are a nubcake or a seasoned one. For beginners, Sabang Beach is the ideal spot because its
waves are breaking on a sand bottom beach and getting wiped out seems a little less intimidating. To catch the best waves, plan on surfing between December and February, when waves hit its peak size(gigantic 2.7 meters).
